1. Product Overview

The AIKE AK1205E is a wall-mounted automatic soap dispenser designed for hygienic and convenient hand washing. Featuring a touchless infrared sensor, it dispenses liquid soap or hand sanitizer without physical contact, promoting cleanliness and reducing cross-contamination. Before installation, please verify that all components are present:

3. Installation

The AIKE AK1205E dispenser offers two installation methods: screw mounting for permanent fixture or nail-free adhesive mounting for surfaces where drilling is not desired.

3.1 Important Installation Notes

• Ensure the installation surface is clean, dry, and smooth.
• Maintain a minimum installation height of 10 inches (25 cm) above the countertop or sink to ensure proper sensor function and prevent accidental activation.
• Avoid installing near direct sunlight or strong reflective surfaces, which may interfere with the infrared sensor.

3.2 Screw Mount Installation

1. Choose a suitable location on the wall, ensuring it meets the minimum height requirement.
2. Place the mounting plate against the wall at the desired height and mark the positions for the three screw holes.
3. Drill holes at the marked positions. Insert the expansion anchors into the drilled holes.
4. Align the mounting plate with the holes and secure it to the wall using the three screws.
5. Slide the dispenser onto the mounting plate, ensuring it clicks securely into place.
6. For added security, insert the small safety screw at the bottom of the dispenser to lock it onto the mounting plate. Use the multi-function key to tighten.

3.3 Nail-Free Adhesive Installation

1. Clean the wall surface thoroughly and ensure it is completely dry.
2. Apply the nail-free glue to the back of the mounting plate. Ensure even coverage.
3. Press the mounting plate firmly against the desired wall location.
4. Hold the plate in place for a few minutes. For optimal adhesion, allow the glue to cure for at least 48 hours before attaching the dispenser and filling it with liquid.
5. After the curing period, slide the dispenser onto the mounting plate.
6. (Optional) Insert the safety screw at the bottom of the dispenser to lock it onto the mounting plate.

4. Setup and Operation

4.1 Battery Installation

• The dispenser requires 4 AA batteries (not included).
• Locate the battery compartment at the bottom of the dispenser.
• Open the compartment cover using the multi-function key or by twisting if indicated.
• Insert the 4 AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
• Close the battery compartment cover securely.

4.2 Filling the Dispenser

• Open the top lid of the dispenser. The wide opening facilitates easy refilling.
• Pour liquid soap or hand sanitizer into the reservoir. Do not overfill; the maximum capacity is 750 ml (25 oz).
• Close the top lid securely.

4.3 Adjusting Dispensing Volume (5 Levels)

The dispenser features 5 adjustable liquid dispensing levels, allowing you to control the amount of soap dispensed per use. This helps prevent waste and customize for different needs.

1. To adjust the level, locate the power button or sensor area.
2. Press the button (or activate the sensor in a specific way, refer to the quick start guide if provided separately) to cycle through the dispensing levels. Each press typically increases the volume.
3. The indicator light or sound may confirm the selected level.
4. Test the dispensing volume by placing your hand under the sensor.

• Level 1: Light Clean (Smallest amount)
• Level 2: Standard Clean
• Level 3: Medium Clean
• Level 4: Deep Clean
• Level 5: Power Clean (Largest amount)

4.4 Using the Dispenser

• Place your hand approximately 1-3 inches (2.5-7.5 cm) below the sensor.
• The infrared sensor will detect your hand and automatically dispense the pre-set amount of soap.
• Remove your hand once the soap is dispensed.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning

• Wipe the exterior of the dispenser with a soft, damp cloth.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these can damage the finish.
• Avoid submerging the dispenser in water or allowing water to enter the battery compartment.

5.2 Refilling

• Refill the dispenser when the liquid level is low, as indicated by the transparent window.

5.3 Battery Replacement

• Replace batteries when the dispenser stops responding or the indicator light signals low power.
