1. Introduction

3. Product Overview

4. Setup

4.1. Charging the Device

1. Connect the magnetic charger to a USB power source (e.g., computer USB port or a 5V/1A USB wall adapter).
2. Attach the magnetic end of the charger to the charging contacts on the back of the watch. Ensure a secure connection.
3. The watch display will indicate charging status. A full charge typically takes approximately 2 hours.

1. Download the "Fitcloud Pro" application from your smartphone's app store (available for Android and iOS).
2. Open the Fitcloud Pro app and follow the on-screen instructions to create an account or log in.
3. Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone.
4. Within the Fitcloud Pro app, navigate to the device pairing section and search for your IGO Watch 4.
5. Select your watch from the list of available devices to establish a Bluetooth connection. Confirm any pairing requests on both your watch and smartphone.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Basic Navigation

• Touchscreen: Swipe left, right, up, or down to navigate through menus and features. Tap to select an option.
• Side Buttons: Use the physical buttons on the side of the watch for specific functions, such as returning to the home screen or accessing the app list.

5.2. Notifications

Once paired with your smartphone, the IGO Watch 4 can display incoming calls, SMS messages, and notifications from various applications. Ensure notification permissions are enabled in the Fitcloud Pro app and your phone's settings.

7. Sports Modes

The IGO Watch 4 supports over 100 sports modes to track your physical activity. It automatically counts steps, calories burned, and training time. Activity history is saved and accessible through the Fitcloud Pro app.

8. Maintenance

8.1. Water Resistance (IP67)

The IGO Watch 4 is rated IP67 waterproof, meaning it is protected against dust ingress and can withstand immersion in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. It is suitable for daily use, such as washing hands or walking in the rain. Avoid prolonged immersion, hot water, or use during swimming or diving.

8.2. Cleaning

9. Troubleshooting

• Watch not turning on: Ensure the watch is fully charged. Connect it to the magnetic charger and allow it to charge for at least 30 minutes before attempting to power it on.
• Cannot pair with smartphone:
  • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
  • Make sure the watch is within Bluetooth range of your phone.
  • Restart both your watch and smartphone.
  • Check if the Fitcloud Pro app has necessary permissions enabled.
• Inaccurate health data: Ensure the watch is worn snugly on your wrist, not too tight or too loose. Keep the sensor clean. Remember that data is for reference only.
• Notifications not appearing: Verify that notification permissions are granted to the Fitcloud Pro app in your phone's settings. Check app settings within Fitcloud Pro to ensure notifications are enabled for desired applications.
