4. Setup and Assembly

The 5TH WHEEL EB20 Electric Bike comes 95% pre-assembled. Follow these steps to complete the assembly:

4.1 Unfolding the Handlebar

  1. Locate the folding mechanism on the handlebar stem.
  2. Release the safety latch and unfold the handlebar upwards until it locks into place.
  3. Ensure the quick-release lever is securely tightened to prevent movement during riding.

4.2 Installing the Seat Post and Rear Reflector

  1. Insert the seat post into the frame's seat tube.

  4. Attach the rear reflector to the seat post using the provided bracket and screwdriver.

Important: The pedals are marked 'L' for Left and 'R' for Right. The left pedal tightens counter-clockwise, and the right pedal tightens clockwise.

  2. Carefully thread the 'L' pedal into the left crank arm (on the non-chain side) by turning it counter-clockwise.
  3. Thread the 'R' pedal into the right crank arm (on the chain side) by turning it clockwise.
