Setup
Wired Connection
- Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the keyboard's USB-C port.
- Plug the other end of the USB Type-C cable into an available USB port on your computer.
- The keyboard will be automatically detected and ready for use.

2.4GHz Wireless Connection
- Locate the 2.4GHz wireless dongle.
- Plug the 2.4GHz dongle into an available USB port on your computer.
- On the keyboard, locate the connection mode switch (usually on the side or back) and set it to the '2.4G' position.
- The keyboard should automatically connect to the dongle.
Bluetooth Connection
- On the keyboard, locate the connection mode switch and set it to the 'BT' (Bluetooth) position.
- On your computer or device, enable Bluetooth and search for new devices.
- Select 'Ducky OK-M 75%' from the list of available devices to pair.
- Follow any on-screen prompts to complete the pairing process.

Basic Key Functions

Media Control Knob

VIA Software Configuration
The Ducky OK-M 75% keyboard supports VIA software for advanced customization of key mappings, macros, and lighting effects. Follow these steps to configure your keyboard using VIA:
- Ensure your keyboard is connected to your computer via the USB Type-C cable.
- Visit the official Ducky product page for the OK-M series or navigate directly to caniusevia.com.
- From the Ducky product page (under the 'Download' section), download the specific JSON file for your Ducky OK-M 75% keyboard. This file is essential for VIA to recognize your keyboard's layout.
- On the caniusevia.com website, click the 'Start Now' button.
- A pop-up window will appear. Click 'Authorize device +' and select your Ducky OK-M 75% keyboard, then click 'Connect'.
- Navigate to the 'Settings' tab (gear icon) and ensure that 'Show design tab' is enabled (toggled ON).
- Go to the 'Design' tab (ruler icon). Click the 'Load' button and select the JSON file you downloaded earlier for your keyboard.
- If prompted, click 'Connect' again to establish the connection with the loaded definition.
- Once the JSON file is loaded and the keyboard is connected, switch to the 'Configure' tab to begin customizing your key mappings, macros, and lighting settings.

Maintenance
Cleaning
Regular cleaning helps maintain the keyboard's performance and appearance. Use the included keyboard brush to remove dust and debris from between the keycaps. For deeper cleaning, you may remove keycaps using the keycap puller.
Keycap and Switch Replacement
The Ducky OK-M 75% features hot-swappable switches, allowing for easy replacement without soldering. Use the included keycap and switch puller for this process:
- Gently use the keycap puller to remove the desired keycap.
- Once the keycap is removed, use the switch puller to carefully grip and pull out the mechanical switch.
- Align the pins of the new switch with the sockets on the PCB and press firmly until it clicks into place.
- Place the new keycap onto the switch stem.
Caution: Ensure switches are aligned correctly before pressing to avoid bending pins. Use appropriate force to prevent damage to the PCB sockets.
Troubleshooting
- Keyboard not responding: Check USB cable connection, 2.4GHz dongle, or Bluetooth pairing. Ensure the connection mode switch is set correctly. Try connecting to a different USB port or device.
- Keys not registering: If specific keys are not working, try removing and re-inserting their switches. Ensure the switches are fully seated.
- RGB lighting issues: Verify that the keyboard is properly connected. Use VIA software to check and adjust lighting settings.
