5. Setup

Before first use, follow these steps:

1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
2. Clean: Wash the interior of the nut milk maker, the lid, and all accessories (filter funnel, measuring spoon, filter bags, cleaning brush) with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
3. Placement: Place the nut milk maker on a stable, flat, and dry surface, away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
4. Power Connection: Connect the power charger to the appliance and then plug it into a standard electrical outlet.

Basic Steps for Making Plant-Based Milk:

1. Add Ingredients: Place your desired nuts, beans, or grains into the stainless steel interior. Refer to the recipe book for recommended quantities.
2. Add Water: Pour water into the machine up to the indicated maximum fill line.

Operating Modes:

The AlfaBot N2 offers five specialized modes:

Delay Start Function:

The delay start feature allows you to set a timer for the machine to begin operation at a later time, up to 12 hours. This is useful for preparing ingredients in advance and having fresh milk ready when you need it.
