4. Assembly and Setup

The AIVOLT Power Washer is designed for quick assembly. Follow these steps for initial setup:

  1. Attach Wheels: Ensure the four 360° swivel wheels are securely attached to the base of the unit.
  2. Connect High-Pressure Hose: Connect one end of the 25ft high-pressure hose to the water outlet on the power washer unit and the other end to the spray gun. Ensure connections are tight to prevent leaks.
  3. Connect Water Supply: Attach your garden hose (not included) to the water inlet on the power washer. Ensure the water supply is clean and free of debris.
  4. Attach Lance and Nozzle: Connect the lance to the spray gun. Select the desired quick-connect nozzle and insert it into the end of the lance until it clicks securely into place.
  5. Plug In: Connect the power cord to a grounded electrical outlet. Ensure the GFCI is reset if necessary.

5. Operation

5.1 Starting the Unit

  1. Ensure all connections are secure and the water supply is turned on.
  2. Press the Start/Stop switch to turn on the power washer.
  3. Squeeze the trigger on the spray gun to begin spraying. The TSS will activate when the trigger is released.

5.2 Nozzle Selection

The power washer includes four quick-connect nozzles, each designed for specific cleaning tasks:

5.3 Using the Foam Cannon

The included foam cannon allows for efficient application of cleaning solutions or detergents. Fill the foam cannon with your desired cleaning solution. Attach it to the lance in place of a nozzle. The solution does not pass through the pump, simplifying maintenance.

5.4 Mobility and Reach

The unit features a low center of gravity and a square-frame design with four 360° swivel wheels, ensuring stability and easy maneuverability on various terrains. The extended 25ft high-pressure hose and 36ft anti-tangle power cord provide a wide operational radius for outdoor cleaning tasks.
