3. Setup
3.1 Unpacking
Carefully remove the induction hob from its packaging. Retain all packaging materials for future storage or transport. Inspect the appliance for any signs of damage. If any damage is observed, do not use the hob and contact customer support.
3.2 Placement
Place the Tognana Iridea Double Induction Hob on a stable, flat, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is adequate space around the appliance for proper ventilation (at least 10 cm on all sides). Do not place the hob near water sources, flammable materials, or other heat-generating appliances.
3.3 Power Connection
Before plugging in, ensure the voltage indicated on the appliance matches your local power supply. Connect the power cord securely into a grounded electrical outlet. Do not use extension cords or adapters unless absolutely necessary and ensure they are rated for the appliance's power requirements.

4. Operating Instructions
Follow these steps to operate your Tognana Iridea Double Induction Hob:
- Power On/Off: Plug the hob into a suitable power outlet. Press the Power button (I) on the control panel to turn the appliance on. The digital display will illuminate. Press the Power button again to turn it off.
- Selecting a Cooking Zone: After powering on, place an induction-compatible pot or pan on the desired cooking zone. The hob will automatically detect the cookware.
- Adjusting Power/Temperature: Use the W/T button to switch between Power (Wattage) and Temperature modes. Use the control knob or corresponding soft-touch buttons to adjust the power level (from 200W to 2000W) or temperature (from 60°C to 240°C). The digital display will show the selected setting.
- Timer Function: Press the Timer button (L). Use the control knob or soft-touch buttons to set the desired cooking time, up to 99 minutes. The hob will automatically switch off when the timer expires.
- Safety Lock: To activate the safety lock, press and hold the designated lock button (if present, typically indicated by a lock icon) for a few seconds. This will lock the controls, preventing accidental changes. Repeat the action to unlock the controls.
- Cookware Compatibility: Ensure you use only induction-compatible cookware with a flat bottom and a diameter between 8 cm and 20 cm for optimal performance.

5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning
Always unplug the hob from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning. Wipe the tempered glass surface with a soft, damp cloth and a mild, non-abrasive detergent. Do not use harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or scouring pads, as these can damage the surface.
