Key Features
All-in-One Base Station
The Meatmeet X Pro base station integrates buttons, an LED display, and an alarm. This allows users to set target temperatures, view real-time readings, and receive alerts directly from the device, without requiring a smartphone application. This feature provides independent control for a streamlined cooking experience.

Precise and Fast Temperature Measurement
Each probe is equipped with six temperature sensors: five internal sensors for meat temperature with an accuracy of ±0.1 °C (measuring range: 0–105 °C), and one ambient temperature sensor with an accuracy of ±5 °C (measuring range: 0–595 °C). Probes transmit data to the base station and the Meatmeet App every second for real-time monitoring. An intelligent algorithm estimates the expected cooking time, enhancing cooking precision.

Reliable Dual Connectivity (Bluetooth & Wi-Fi)
The base station connects via both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi connectivity enables unlimited-range temperature monitoring through the Meatmeet Cloud. Open-field tests demonstrate Bluetooth ranges of up to 100 meters (probe to base station) and 150 meters (base station to smartphone). Note that enclosed cooking appliances may interfere with the probe-to-base station connection; maintain a distance under 5 meters for stable reception in such environments.

Figure 4: Bluetooth & Wi-Fi Dual Mode. This diagram shows the connectivity ranges for Bluetooth (100m probe-to-base, 150m base-to-smartphone) and unlimited Wi-Fi range via the Meatmeet Cloud.
Two Ultra-Thin Probes
The system includes two probes, allowing simultaneous monitoring of two different meats. The ultra-slim 4.9 mm diameter design with a teardrop-shaped tip facilitates effortless insertion while preserving the meat’s texture. The ergonomic nut-cap handle ensures easy probe removal after cooking.

Robust and Durable Probes
Crafted entirely from stainless steel, the probes are IP69 certified for water resistance and can withstand temperatures up to 582°C. They are suitable for various cooking methods, including pan frying, and can be safely hand-washed or cleaned in a dishwasher without concern for damage.

Long Battery Life and Fast Charging
A single charge provides up to 30 hours of use for the probes and 36 hours for the base station, ideal for extended cooking sessions like large roasts or smoking. If a probe runs low on power, a quick 2-minute charge provides an additional 4.5 hours of cooking time.

Setup Guide
1. Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the base station and probes using the provided USB-C cable. Insert the probes into the base station for charging.
2. Probe Insertion
Insert the probe into the thickest part of the meat, avoiding bones or excessive fat. Ensure the probe is inserted past the safety line (the black line on the probe) to ensure accurate internal temperature readings and to protect the probe's electronics from high heat.

Figure 8: Correct Probe Placement. This image shows a probe correctly inserted into a cut of meat, demonstrating the recommended depth for accurate temperature measurement.
3. App Download (Optional for Bluetooth-only use)
For advanced features and remote monitoring via Wi-Fi, download the "Meatmeet App" from your smartphone's app store. Follow the in-app instructions for account registration or proceed as a guest.
4. Device Pairing
Turn on the Meatmeet X Pro base station. If using the app, open it and follow the prompts to pair your device via Bluetooth. Once connected, you can configure Wi-Fi settings within the app for extended range monitoring.
