3. Unpacking and Initial Setup

Follow these steps to unpack and prepare your wheelchair for first use.

Assembly Instructions:

  1. Carefully remove the wheelchair from its packaging.
  2. Unfold the wheelchair by lifting the backrest and pressing down on the seat until it locks into place. Ensure the buckle is locked securely.
  3. Attach the joystick controller to the desired armrest.
  4. Connect the battery cable to the main power port located under the seat.
  5. Install the anti-tip wheels by inserting them into the designated slots at the rear of the wheelchair and securing them.
  6. Place the seat cushion and secure the seatbelt.

Driving the Wheelchair:

  1. Ensure you are seated comfortably and the seatbelt is securely fastened.
  2. Turn on the power switch.
  3. Gently push the joystick in the direction you wish to move. The further you push, the faster the wheelchair will go (up to the selected speed setting).
  4. To stop, simply release the joystick. The electromagnetic brakes will automatically engage.
  5. Use the acceleration/deceleration buttons to adjust your speed as needed for different environments.

Charging the Battery:

The wheelchair offers two methods for charging the battery:

  1. Method 1: Direct Charging via Battery Port
    Remove the battery from under the seat. Connect the charger to the battery's charging port. Ensure the battery is fully charged before re-installing.
  2. Method 2: Charging via Controller Interface
    Connect the charger directly to the charging port on the joystick controller. The battery does not need to be removed for this method.
