3. Unpacking and Initial Setup
Follow these steps to unpack and prepare your wheelchair for first use.
Assembly Instructions:
- Carefully remove the wheelchair from its packaging.
- Unfold the wheelchair by lifting the backrest and pressing down on the seat until it locks into place. Ensure the buckle is locked securely.
- Attach the joystick controller to the desired armrest.
- Connect the battery cable to the main power port located under the seat.
- Install the anti-tip wheels by inserting them into the designated slots at the rear of the wheelchair and securing them.
- Place the seat cushion and secure the seatbelt.

4. Operating Instructions

Joystick Controller Functions:

- Power Switch: Press to turn the wheelchair on or off.
- Joystick: Move the joystick in the desired direction (forward, backward, left, right) to control movement. Releasing the joystick engages the electromagnetic brakes.
- Acceleration/Deceleration Buttons (+/-): Adjust the speed settings. The wheelchair has 5 adjustable speed gears.
- SOS Button: Activates an emergency alert.
- Mute Button: Toggles the sound alerts.
- Battery Indicator: Displays the current battery level.
- LED Light: Provides illumination, adjustable angle.
- USB Charging Port: Allows charging of external devices.
Driving the Wheelchair:
- Ensure you are seated comfortably and the seatbelt is securely fastened.
- Turn on the power switch.
- Gently push the joystick in the direction you wish to move. The further you push, the faster the wheelchair will go (up to the selected speed setting).
- To stop, simply release the joystick. The electromagnetic brakes will automatically engage.
- Use the acceleration/deceleration buttons to adjust your speed as needed for different environments.

Charging the Battery:
The wheelchair offers two methods for charging the battery:
- Method 1: Direct Charging via Battery Port
Remove the battery from under the seat. Connect the charger to the battery's charging port. Ensure the battery is fully charged before re-installing. - Method 2: Charging via Controller Interface
Connect the charger directly to the charging port on the joystick controller. The battery does not need to be removed for this method.

6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your wheelchair.
Battery Care:
- Charge the battery fully before first use.
- Avoid completely draining the battery. Recharge when the indicator shows low power.
- Store the battery in a cool, dry place if not in use for extended periods, and charge it periodically (e.g., once a month) to maintain its health.
- Use only the provided charger.
Cleaning:
- Wipe down the frame and seat with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals.
- Ensure electrical components remain dry.
Tire and Wheel Inspection:
- Regularly check tires for wear and tear.
- Ensure all wheels spin freely and are securely attached.
7. Troubleshooting

- Wheelchair does not power on: Check if the battery is properly connected and charged. Ensure the power switch on the joystick is pressed.
- Wheelchair does not move: Verify the joystick is connected. Ensure the battery has sufficient charge. Check if the manual brake levers are disengaged.
- Unusual noises during operation: Inspect wheels and motors for any obstructions. Contact customer support if the noise persists.
- Reduced range or power: The battery may need to be fully charged or may be nearing the end of its lifespan. Ensure proper battery care as outlined in the maintenance section.
