3. Safety Information
Your safety is paramount. This device incorporates multiple safety features. Always follow these guidelines to prevent injury or damage to the device or vehicle.
- V0 Flame-Retardant Casing: The device is constructed with fireproof materials for enhanced safety.
- Intelligent Protection Chips: Built-in chips prevent over-discharge, reverse polarity, sparks, overvoltage, overheating, and over-current.

4. Charging the Device
Before first use, fully charge your UTRAI JS-30. It is recommended to recharge the device after each use to ensure it is ready for the next emergency.
- Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the USB-C input port on the device.
- Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to a compatible USB wall adapter (not included) or the provided DC adapter for car charging.
- The digital display will indicate the charging status. The device is fully charged when the display shows 100%.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Jump Starting a Vehicle
The UTRAI JS-30 delivers 7000A peak current, capable of starting all 12V cars, SUVs, trucks, motorcycles, ATVs, boats, and diesel engines up to 12L.
- Ensure the jump starter is sufficiently charged.
- Insert the smart clamp plug into the jump starter's 12V output port. The device will show a green light indicating it's ready.
- Connect the red (positive) clamp to the positive (+) terminal of the vehicle's battery.
- Connect the black (negative) clamp to the negative (-) terminal of the vehicle's battery.
- If the vehicle battery is completely dead, press and hold the 'Boost Mode' button on the smart clamp for 3 seconds to force start.
- Start the car engine.
- Once the engine starts, immediately remove the smart clamps from the vehicle battery, then disconnect the smart clamp from the jump starter.

5.2 Using the Air Compressor
The 150PSI smart air compressor can inflate tires for various vehicles and inflatables.
- Screw the air hose into the air output port on the jump starter.
- Attach the appropriate valve connector to the air hose and then to the item you wish to inflate.
- Press the power button to turn on the device.
- Select the desired mode (car, motorcycle, bike, ball, or custom) using the 'M' button. Long press 'M' to switch units (PSI, BAR, KPA, kg/cm²).
- Adjust the target air pressure using the '+' and '-' buttons.
- Press the inflation button to start the compressor. The device will automatically shut off once the target pressure is reached.

5.3 Using the LED Light
The device features a 2000-lumen LED floodlight with multiple modes for various situations.
- Press the light button to cycle through modes: Flashlight, Strobe (white), SOS, Strobe (red), and Spotlight.
- The 90° rotatable panel allows for adjustable illumination.

5.4 Using as a Power Bank
The 16000mAh power bank can charge phones, tablets, cameras via dual USB ports, and power 12V appliances with its 160W DC output.
- Connect your electronic device to one of the dual USB output ports using a compatible USB cable.
- For 12V appliances, use the provided DC cigarette lighter converter and plug it into the 12V DC output port.

5.5 Using the OBD II Scanner
The included OBD II diagnostic tool allows you to read fault codes and monitor vehicle performance.
- Download the YMBOD app from your smartphone's app store.
- Plug the OBD II scanner into your car's OBD2 port (usually located under the dashboard).
- Use Bluetooth on your phone to connect to the scanner via the YMBOD app.
- Access detailed diagnostics, check engine performance, and monitor fuel efficiency through the app.

6. Maintenance and Storage
- Store the device in its EVA protection case when not in use.
- Keep the device in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Recharge the device every 3-6 months if not used regularly to maintain battery health.
- Clean the device with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
7. Troubleshooting
- Device not turning on: Ensure the device is charged. If fully charged and still not turning on, contact support.
- Vehicle not starting: Check that the smart clamps are correctly connected to the battery terminals (red to positive, black to negative). Ensure the smart clamp indicator is green. If the battery is completely dead, use the Boost Mode.
- Air compressor not inflating: Verify the air hose and valve connector are securely attached. Check the selected mode and target pressure. Ensure the device is charged.
- OBD II scanner not connecting: Ensure the scanner is properly plugged into the OBD2 port and your phone's Bluetooth is enabled. Restart the app and try reconnecting.
