4. Setup
4.1 Unpacking and Placement
- Carefully remove the dehumidifier from its packaging.
- Place the unit on a firm, level surface in an area where humidity control is desired. Ensure there is at least 20-30 cm of space around the unit for proper air circulation.
- The dehumidifier is suitable for rooms up to 37 square meters.
4.2 Power Connection

4.3 Drainage Options
The DREO DR-HDH002S offers two drainage methods:
- Manual Drainage: The collected water accumulates in the 3.4L water tank. When the tank is full, the unit will automatically shut off and an indicator will light up. Carefully remove the tank and empty the water.
- Continuous Drainage: For continuous operation without needing to empty the tank, attach the included drain hose to the continuous drainage port on the back of the unit. Route the hose to a suitable drain (e.g., floor drain, sink). Ensure the hose is sloped downwards to allow gravity drainage.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Control Panel
The control panel is located on the top of the unit and features various buttons and a digital display for easy operation.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Emptying the Water Tank
When the water tank is full, the unit will stop operating and an indicator will illuminate. Carefully slide out the water tank, empty the collected water, and reinsert the tank securely. Ensure the tank is properly seated to resume operation.
6.2 Cleaning the Air Filter
The dehumidifier is equipped with a washable air filter. It is recommended to clean the filter regularly (e.g., every two weeks or as needed) to maintain air quality and unit efficiency.
- Turn off and unplug the dehumidifier.
- Remove the filter from the back of the unit.
