4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Dual Heating Modes

The lunch box offers two primary heating modes:

  • Smart Reservation (Set-and-Forget Mode): After calibrating the time and setting your desired meal time, the lunch box will automatically calculate and begin heating approximately two hours in advance. This ensures your food is perfectly warm at the scheduled time without manual intervention.
  • Instant-On Mode (Immediate Heating): For spontaneous heating, activate the Instant Heating mode with a single tap. This mode initiates a full 2-hour heating cycle immediately.

4.2 Even Heating & Temperature Control

The heating plate can reach a maximum temperature of 220°F (approximately 104°C) and is adjustable. It ensures warmth penetrates food evenly from bottom to top, reducing cold spots and preserving flavor.

  • Temperature Display: The screen shows the heating plate's temperature. The actual food temperature will be slightly lower to prevent overheating and maintain optimal taste.
  • Boost Efficiency: Using the included insulated bag can significantly improve heating speed and heat retention.
  • Tips for Even Heating:
    • For drier foods, add a small amount of water to create steam for more uniform heating.
    • Ensure food is in contact with the bottom of the container, as heating starts from there. For large items, adding a small amount of sauce or water can promote thermal circulation.
    • If more thorough heating is desired, moderately increase the temperature or set the reservation time 20-30 minutes earlier.
  • Tip for Frozen Foods: For best results, thaw frozen food in the refrigerator overnight before heating.
