4. Setup
4.1 Unboxing and Placement
Carefully remove the filament dryer from its packaging. Place the unit on a stable, flat, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the device.
4.2 Loading Filament
The SH03 features dual independent chambers, capable of holding up to four 1KG filament spools simultaneously, or two larger spools up to 150mm width. Each chamber has independent rotating modules and filament output tubes.
- Open the transparent lid of the desired chamber(s).
- Place the filament spool(s) onto the rotating modules. Ensure the filament unwinds smoothly.
- Thread the filament through the designated output tube.
- Close the lid securely.

4.3 Power Connection

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Power On/Off
Press the power button to turn the device on. The integrated segment display will illuminate.
5.2 Touchscreen Operation
The SH03 features an intuitive touchscreen interface for setting parameters. The display shows real-time humidity, real-time temperature, target temperature, and set drying time for each chamber.

5.3 Setting Drying Parameters
You can set the temperature and drying time for each chamber independently. The adjustable temperature range is 45-85°C (113-185°F), and the maximum continuous operation time is 98 hours.
- Select Chamber: Short-press the chamber switch/copy key to toggle between Chamber 1, Chamber 2, or dual-chamber simultaneous operation.
- Set Material: Use the up/down arrows to select the filament type (e.g., PLA, PETG, ABS). The device has a dedicated 50°C preset for PLA.
- Adjust Temperature: Use the temperature up/down arrows to set the desired drying temperature.
- Adjust Time: Use the time up/down arrows to set the desired drying duration.
- Start/End: Press the Start/End button to begin or stop the drying process.
To copy one chamber's parameters to the other, long-press the chamber switch/copy key for 2 seconds.
5.4 Automatic Drying Mode
When Automatic Drying Mode is activated (AUTO indicator illuminates), the drying function engages when internal humidity exceeds a preset threshold. Once humidity drops below the threshold, the dryer continues for a 30-minute countdown, then enters energy-saving storage mode.
To enter/exit Auto Mode, long-press the setting selection key/Auto Mode button for 2 seconds.

5.6 Active Dehumidification
The unit features independent airflow channels and automatically controls the dehumidification damper. If the internal temperature exceeds the preset value during drying, the air intake and exhaust vents open automatically to regulate temperature, preventing overheating and potential filament damage.

6.1 Cleaning

7. Troubleshooting

7.1 Device Not Powering On
