4.2 Battery Charging & Installation
- Connect the drone battery to the USB charging cable.
- Plug the USB cable into a 5V/2A power adapter (not included). The indicator light on the cable will show charging status (e.g., red for charging, green for full).
- Once fully charged, insert the battery into the drone's battery compartment.
- The remote controller requires 3xAA batteries (not included). Open the battery compartment on the back of the controller and insert the batteries, ensuring correct polarity.
4.3 Propeller Guard Installation/Removal
To install propeller guards, slide the curved surface of the guard upwards under the drone's motor. Position the guard onto the locking tabs at the base of the motor and apply slight upward pressure to securely clip it in place. To remove, press down on the guard near the motor base to release the clips.
4.4 Propeller Installation/Removal
To remove a propeller, hold the drone's motor firmly and use the provided screwdriver to unscrew the retaining screw. Carefully lift the propeller off. To install, ensure you match the propeller type (A or B) to the corresponding arm (A or B) marked on the drone. Place the propeller onto the motor shaft, insert the screw, and tighten it with the screwdriver, holding the motor in place.
4.5 App Download & Connection
Download the dedicated drone application from your smartphone's app store. Power on the drone and the remote controller. Connect your smartphone to the drone's Wi-Fi network (usually named after the drone model). Launch the app to view the live video feed and access additional controls.
4.6 Pairing & Calibration
Place the drone on a flat, level surface. Power on the drone and then the remote controller. The indicator lights on both devices will flash. Briefly press the 'One-Touch Calibration' button on the remote. The remote will beep, and the drone's lights will flash rapidly, indicating successful calibration. To unlock the drone, push the left joystick to the 7 o'clock position and the right joystick to the 5 o'clock position simultaneously. The propellers will start spinning slowly, indicating the drone is unlocked and ready for flight. To disable unlocking, push the left joystick all the way down.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Automatic Takeoff & Landing
After successful pairing and calibration, press the 'Automatic Takeoff/Landing' button on the remote controller. The drone will automatically ascend to approximately 1 meter and hover. To land, press the same button again, and the drone will gently descend and land.
5.2 Manual Takeoff & Landing
After unlocking the drone (propellers spinning slowly), gently push the left joystick upwards to make the drone ascend. To land manually, pull the left joystick downwards until the drone lands and the propellers stop spinning.
5.3 Directional Control
- Left Joystick: Controls altitude (up/down) and yaw (rotate left/right).
- Right Joystick: Controls forward/backward movement and left/right strafing.
5.4 Speed Adjustment
The drone has multiple speed settings. Press the speed adjustment button (usually located on the top left of the remote) to cycle through different speed modes (e.g., low, medium, high). The remote will emit a corresponding number of beeps to indicate the current speed mode.
5.5 Headless Mode
To activate headless mode, press and hold the headless mode button on the remote until it beeps and a blue light on the drone's rear flashes. In headless mode, the drone's orientation is fixed relative to the remote controller, making it easier to control regardless of which way the drone is facing. For example, pushing the right joystick forward will always make the drone fly away from you.
5.6 3D Flip/Roll
To perform a 3D flip, press the '3D Flip' button (usually on the top right of the remote). The remote will beep. Then, push the right joystick in the desired direction (forward, backward, left, or right) to execute the flip. The drone will perform a 360-degree roll in that direction.
5.7 Camera Operation (Photo/Video)
Ensure a Micro SD card (up to 32GB, not included) is inserted into the remote controller for photo and video storage. To take a photo, briefly press the 'Photo' button. The screen will display 'Photo taken successfully'. To record a video, briefly press the 'Video Record' button. The screen will display 'Recording in progress'. Press the button again to stop recording.
5.8 Camera Angle Adjustment
The drone's HD camera angle can be adjusted directly from the remote controller. Use the camera up/down buttons (usually located on the top right side of the remote) to tilt the camera up or down, allowing you to capture different perspectives during flight.
5.9 Viewing Photos & Videos
To view captured media, press and hold the 'Photo File' button to enter photo viewing mode. Use the 'Previous File' and 'Next File' buttons to navigate through your photos. Similarly, press and hold the 'Video File' button to enter video viewing mode. Select a video and press the 'Play/Pause' button to watch it. Press and hold the 'Home' button to exit file viewing mode.
5.10 Intelligent Obstacle Avoidance
The drone is equipped with an integrated obstacle detector. This feature helps prevent collisions by automatically adjusting the drone's flight path when obstacles are detected, making it safer for beginners.
5.11 Trajectory Flight
Using the companion app, you can draw a flight path on your smartphone screen. The drone will then automatically follow this trajectory, allowing for pre-planned and precise flight routes.
5.12 Optical Flow Positioning
The optical flow positioning system provides enhanced flight stability, especially during hovering. It uses a downward-facing camera to detect ground patterns and maintain a stable position, resulting in smoother and more controlled flight.

6. Maintenance
- Clean the drone and remote controller with a soft, dry cloth after each use.
- Avoid exposing the drone to water or extreme temperatures.
- Store the drone in its carrying pouch in a cool, dry place when not in use.
- Remove batteries from the remote controller if storing for extended periods.
7. Troubleshooting
- Drone not responding: Ensure both drone and remote are powered on and successfully paired. Check battery levels.
- Unstable flight: Perform calibration on a flat surface. Check for damaged propellers and replace if necessary.
- No video feed: Ensure your smartphone is connected to the drone's Wi-Fi network and the app is open. Check camera connection.
- Short flight time: Ensure batteries are fully charged. Flight time can be affected by wind conditions and aggressive flying.
