5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Function Mode (Delay OFF)
The GRT6-B1 operates in Delay OFF mode (Function B). In this mode, when input voltage U is applied, the relay contacts change state immediately and timing begins. When the delay time is complete, the contacts return to their shelf state. If input voltage U is removed before the delay is complete, the contacts return to their shelf state immediately. The trigger switch is not used in this function.

5.2 Time Setting
The delay time is set using two rotary knobs on the front panel: one for the time range and one for the percentage of that range.
- Adjust Time Range Knob: Select the desired time range (e.g., 10s, 1m, 1h, 1d, 10d).
- Adjust Percentage Knob: Fine-tune the delay time within the selected range by setting a percentage (e.g., 50% of 10s = 5 seconds).
For example, to set a delay of 5 minutes:
- Adjust the time range knob to '10m' (10 minutes).
- Turn the percentage knob to '50%' (50% of 10 minutes = 5 minutes).

7. Troubleshooting
If the relay does not function as expected, consider the following common issues:
- No Power Indication (Green LED off): Check the power supply connections and ensure the voltage is within the specified range (AC/DC 24V-240V).
- Load Not Switching: Verify the load wiring. Ensure the load's voltage and current requirements do not exceed the relay's contact ratings (10A/AC1, 250VAC/24VDC). Check if the red LED indicates working status.
- Incorrect Delay Time: Re-check the settings on both the time range and percentage knobs. Ensure they are set according to your desired delay.
- Intermittent Operation: Inspect all wiring for loose connections. Ensure the operating environment is within the specified temperature and humidity limits.
If issues persist, consult a qualified electrician or contact GEYA customer support.
8. Maintenance
The GEYA GRT6-B1 relay is designed for reliable, long-term operation with minimal maintenance. Follow these guidelines:
- Cleaning: Keep the device clean and free from dust and debris. Use a dry, soft cloth for cleaning. Do not use liquid cleaners.
- Inspection: Periodically inspect wiring connections for tightness and signs of wear or damage.
- Environment: Ensure the operating environment remains within the specified temperature and humidity ranges to prevent premature aging or malfunction.
