2.1 Package Contents

2.2 Attaching Your Smartphone

The PA985 offers two methods for attaching your smartphone:

  1. For MagSafe Compatible Phones (iPhone 12 series and newer): Simply align your MagSafe-enabled iPhone or MagSafe-compatible phone case with the magnetic holder on the tripod head. The magnets will securely attach the phone.
  2. For Non-MagSafe Phones (e.g., Samsung, Google Pixel, Huawei):
    • Option A (Magnetic Ring): Peel off the adhesive backing from the included magnetic ring and firmly attach it to the center back of your phone or phone case. Once attached, your phone can be magnetically mounted to the tripod head.
    • Option B (Phone Clip Holder): Expand the included phone clip holder and securely place your smartphone within its jaws. The phone clip can then be magnetically attached to the tripod head.

2.3 Pairing the Wireless Bluetooth Remote

Once paired, open your smartphone's camera app. Press the button on the detachable remote to trigger the shutter for photos or to start/stop video recording. The remote can be stored at the top of the selfie stick when not in use to prevent loss.
