Introduction

This manual provides instructions for the safe and effective use of the Widex sRIC Hearing Aids Charger (Model WPT103). This charger is designed exclusively for Widex Moment mRIC and sRIC lithium-ion rechargeable hearing aids. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the device.

Compatibility

The Widex sRIC Charger is compatible with all technology levels of Widex Moment mRIC (original Moment) and sRIC (Sheer Moment) receiver-in-the-ear rechargeable hearing aids. It is not compatible with other Widex models such as Allure or SmartRIC.

Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the charger from its packaging. Ensure all components are present.
  2. Power Connection: Connect the charger to a power source using the provided USB cable and a compatible power adapter (not always included, user should use a standard USB power adapter).
  3. Placement: Place the charger on a stable, flat surface away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and moisture.

Operating Instructions

  1. Inserting Hearing Aids: Gently place your Widex Moment mRIC or sRIC hearing aids into the designated charging ports on the charger. Ensure they are seated correctly.
  2. Charging Indication: The hearing aids will typically display an indicator light to show they are charging. Refer to your hearing aid's specific manual for details on its charging light behavior.
  3. Charging Time: A full charge typically takes approximately 4 hours.
  4. Battery Life: A full charge provides up to 30 hours of continuous hearing aid use.
  5. Removing Hearing Aids: Once fully charged, carefully remove the hearing aids from the charger.
