2. Safety Information

Caution - Electric Toy - Not recommended for children under 8 years of age. As with all electric products, precautions should be observed during handling and use to prevent electric shock.

• Always supervise children during play.
• Ensure all electrical connections are secure before use.
• Do not operate the set near water or in wet conditions.
• Disconnect power when not in use or during maintenance.

3. What's in the Box

• Carrera GO 1:43 Scale Track (20.67-ft total length)
• Power Adapter
• Two 1:43 Scale Carrera GO Cars: Oracle Red Bull Racing RB21 "M. Verstappen, No.1" and Ferrari SF-25 "L. Hamilton, No.44"

4. Setup and Assembly

The Carrera GO!!! Speed Zone track is designed for easy assembly. Follow these steps to set up your race track:

1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all track pieces, cars, controllers, and accessories from the box.
2. Plan Your Layout: Refer to the included layout diagrams in the instruction manual to choose your desired track configuration. The set allows for various layouts, including a loop, junction, and flyover.
3. Assemble Track Sections: Connect the track pieces by aligning the connectors and gently pressing them together until they snap securely. Ensure all connections are firm to prevent power interruptions. Patience is key during assembly to avoid damaging the track pieces.
4. Install Supports and Guardrails: Attach the track supports to elevate sections like the flyover and loop. Place guardrails on the outer edges of curves to help keep cars on the track.
5. Connect Power and Controllers: Connect the power adapter to the connection track piece and plug it into a power outlet. Plug the two speed controllers into the designated ports on the connection track.
6. Place Cars on Track: Position the Oracle Red Bull Racing RB21 and Ferrari SF-25 cars into their respective slots on the track. Ensure the double contact brushes underneath each car make good contact with the track's metal rails.

5. Operating Instructions

Once your track is assembled and powered, you are ready to race!

• Speed Controllers: Each player uses a speed controller. Press the trigger to accelerate your car. The further you press, the faster your car will go.
• Turbo Boost: Your controllers are equipped with a turbo boost button. Press this button for a burst of extra speed on straightaways or to gain an advantage. Use it strategically!
• Navigating Turns: To prevent your car from flying off the track, reduce speed when approaching curves. The magnets in the cars help maintain grip, but excessive speed will cause de-slotting.
• Lap Counter: The integrated lap counter automatically tracks the number of laps completed by each car, adding excitement to your races.
• Customization: The Carrera GO!!! system is expandable. You can purchase additional track sections, accessories, and cars to create new and challenging race courses.

6. Maintenance

Proper maintenance will extend the life of your Carrera GO!!! set:

• Clean Track: Regularly wipe the track rails with a clean, dry cloth to remove dust and debris, ensuring optimal electrical contact.
• Check Contact Brushes: The cars have double contact brushes underneath. Ensure these are clean and properly positioned for consistent performance. Replace worn brushes as needed.
• Store Properly: When not in use, disassemble the track and store all components in their original packaging or a suitable container to prevent damage.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Carrera GO!!! set, try the following:

• Car Not Moving:
  • Check all track connections for tightness.
  • Ensure the power adapter is securely plugged in and the power is on.
  • Verify that the car's contact brushes are clean and making proper contact with the track rails.
  • Test the controller by swapping it with the other one, if available.
• Car Flying Off Track:
  • Reduce speed when entering curves.
  • Ensure guardrails are properly installed on curves.
  • Check if the car's magnets are clean and functional.
• Intermittent Power:
  • Inspect all track connections for any looseness or gaps.
  • Clean track rails and car contacts thoroughly.
