1. Important Safety Instructions

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and/or injury to persons, including the following:

  • Read all instructions before using the appliance.
  • Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
  • To protect against electrical hazards, do not immerse cord, plugs, or the appliance base in water or other liquid.

  • Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning the appliance.

2. Product Overview

The Dreo DR-KMF001 Milk Frother is designed to create various milk foams and warm milk for your beverages. It features multiple settings for different milk types and foam consistencies.

3. Setup

3.1 Unpacking

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.

3.2 Initial Cleaning

Before first use, wash the stainless steel jug and lid with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. The jug is dishwasher safe. Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth.

3.3 Placement

Place the frother on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface away from water sources and heat. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Adding Milk

Pour milk into the stainless steel jug. Observe the internal capacity scales for different foam types and milk volumes. The frother has a maximum capacity of 27oz (800ml).

4.2 Selecting a Program

The frother offers multiple programs for different milk and foam preferences. Use the control panel to select your desired setting.

  • Foam Types: Hot Cappuccino, Hot Latte, Hot Flat-White, Cold Thick Foam, Hot Thick Foam.
  • Milk Types: Whole, Half-and-Half, Almond, Coconut, Soy, Oat milk.
  • Stir Function: For powdered drinks.

4.3 Temperature Control

The frother automatically heats milk to an optimal temperature range of 140°F-158°F for rich flavor. Some settings may allow for customizable temperature adjustments.

4.4 Starting and Stopping

After selecting your desired program, press the start button. The LED display will show a countdown timer. The frother will automatically stop when the program is complete. To stop manually, press the button again.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and longevity of your frother.

  • Jug and Lid: The stainless steel jug and lid are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, wash them with warm soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. Rinse thoroughly.
  • Impeller Tip: Remove the impeller tip from the jug and clean it separately.
  • Main Unit: Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water or any other liquid.
  • Anti-Scorching Feature: The frother is designed with an anti-scorch function to prevent milk from burning onto the surface, making cleaning easier.

5.2 Storage

Ensure the frother is clean and dry before storing. Store in a cool, dry place.

6. Troubleshooting
