4. Setup

4.1 Battery Installation

4.2 Mounting the Scope

  • Attach appropriate scope rings to your rifle's rail system.
  • Place the scope into the rings, ensuring proper eye relief and alignment.

4.3 Initial Power On and Focus Adjustment

  1. Press and hold the Power Button until the display illuminates.
  2. Look through the eyepiece. If the image is blurry, adjust the diopter on the eyepiece until the reticle and menu text are sharp.
  3. Point the scope at an object at a known distance. Use the Side-Focus Adjustment knob to bring the thermal image into sharp focus.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Power On/Off

  • To Power On: Press and hold the Power Button for approximately 3 seconds.
  • To Power Off: Press and hold the Power Button for approximately 3 seconds until the display shuts down.

5.2 Menu Navigation and Settings

Use the Menu/Adjustment Dial and Quick Action Buttons to navigate the scope's menu system and adjust various settings.

  • Menu/Adjustment Dial: Rotate to scroll through menu options. Press to select an option or confirm a setting.
  • Quick Action Buttons: These buttons can be customized for quick access to frequently used functions such as zoom, image mode, or reticle color. Refer to the on-screen menu for customization options.

5.3 Zoom Functionality

The scope features both optical and digital zoom capabilities.
