Assembly Instructions (Setup)
Assembly typically takes 20 to 25 minutes. Follow these steps carefully. It is recommended to assemble the chair on a soft, clean surface to prevent damage.
- Attach Casters to Base: Insert each of the five casters into the holes at the end of each leg of the star base. Push firmly until they click into place.
- Install Gas Lift: Place the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the star base. Cover the gas lift with the telescopic plastic cover.
- Attach Mechanism Plate to Seat: Align the mechanism plate with the pre-drilled holes on the underside of the seat cushion. Ensure the front of the mechanism faces the front of the seat. Secure with screws using the provided Allen key.
- Attach Armrests to Seat: Secure the armrests to the sides of the seat cushion using the designated screws. Do not overtighten initially to allow for minor adjustments.
- Attach Backrest to Seat: Align the backrest with the metal brackets on the seat cushion. Secure with screws.
- Connect Seat Assembly to Gas Lift: Carefully place the assembled seat and backrest onto the gas lift cylinder. The tapered end of the gas lift should fit into the mechanism plate.
- Attach Headrest and Lumbar Pillows: Position the headrest pillow and lumbar support pillow as desired. The lumbar pillow typically attaches with straps.
- Final Tightening: Once the chair is fully assembled, go back and tighten all screws securely.

- Height Adjustment: Pull the lever located under the seat upwards to raise or lower the chair. Release the lever at the desired height.
- Recline Function: Pull the lever on the side of the chair upwards to recline the backrest. Lean back to the desired angle (up to 135 degrees) and release the lever to lock it in place.
- Tilt Lock/Unlock: A separate lever or knob may be present to lock the chair in an upright position or allow it to tilt freely.
- Lumbar and Headrest Support: Adjust the position of the lumbar and headrest pillows by sliding them along their straps to find optimal comfort.
- Linkage Armrests: The armrests are designed to automatically adjust their angle with the recline of the backrest, providing continuous elbow support.

- Pairing: Search for available Bluetooth devices. Select "Bigzzia" from the list to pair.
