Important Safeguards

  • Always operate blender with lid in place.
  • Do not blend hot liquids.

Getting Started

Unpacking and Components

Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and discard all packaging materials. Ensure all components are present before use.

Setup

Assembling the Pitcher

  1. Place the motor base on a clean, dry, level surface.
  2. Lower the Stacked Blade Assembly onto the drive gear inside the 72oz pitcher. Ensure it sits securely.
  3. Place the pitcher onto the motor base. Align the pitcher handle to the right of the base. Rotate the pitcher clockwise until it clicks into place. The power button and Auto-iQ program lights will illuminate when correctly assembled.
  4. Secure the pitcher lid by aligning the arrow on the lid with the arrow on the pitcher handle, then press down firmly until it clicks. The lid handle must be locked into place for the blender to operate.

Assembling the Single-Serve Cup

  1. Fill the single-serve cup with ingredients. Do not exceed the MAX LIQUID line.
  2. Screw the Pro Extractor Blades Assembly onto the cup until a tight seal is achieved.
  3. Invert the cup and place it onto the motor base. Rotate clockwise until it clicks into place. The power button and Auto-iQ program lights will illuminate.

The Ninja Professional Blender features both Auto-iQ programs and manual speed settings for versatile blending.

Auto-iQ Programs

Auto-iQ programs are intelligent, pre-set programs that combine unique pulsing, blending, and pausing patterns to deliver consistent results. Simply select your desired program and let the blender do the work.

  • SMOOTHIE: Ideal for blending fresh or frozen fruits, liquids, and ice into smooth beverages.
  • ICE CRUSH: Designed to crush ice into snow for frozen drinks and desserts.
  • EXTRACT: Optimized for extracting nutrients from whole fruits and vegetables in single-serve cups.

Manual Speed Settings

For customized control, use the manual speed settings:

  • LOW: For mixing and pureeing softer ingredients.
  • MED: For general blending tasks.
  • HIGH: For tougher ingredients and faster blending.
  • PULSE: For controlled chopping and processing. Press and hold for short bursts.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Dishwasher Cleaning

All removable parts, including the pitcher, lids, and blade assemblies, are top-rack dishwasher safe. Ensure blades are placed securely to prevent damage.

Hand Washing

For hand washing, wash removable parts in warm, soapy water using a dishwashing utensil with a handle to avoid direct contact with blades. Rinse thoroughly and air dry.

Motor Base Cleaning

Wipe the motor base with a clean, damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor base in water or any other liquid.

Troubleshooting
