Setup

1. Charging the Earbuds and Case

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and charging case.

  1. Place the earbuds into the charging case, ensuring they are correctly seated.
  2. Connect the USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and the other end to a USB power adapter (not included).
  3. The indicator lights on the case will show the charging status. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours.

2. Pairing with a Bluetooth Device

  1. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode, indicated by flashing LED lights.
  2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  3. Select "JVC HA-EC75TB" from the list of found devices.
  4. Once connected, the earbud indicator lights will stop flashing.

3. Fitting the Earbuds

Proper fit is crucial for sound quality, noise cancellation, and comfort. The HA-EC75TB features adjustable ear hooks.

  1. Choose the eartips that provide the best seal and comfort for your ears. Experiment with different sizes (XS, S, M, L).
  2. Gently insert the earbud into your ear canal.
  3. Adjust the flexible ear hook over your ear until it feels secure and comfortable. The hooks are designed to mold to your ear shape.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

  • Power On: Open the charging case, or press and hold the touch sensor on both earbuds for 2 seconds.
  • Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid, or press and hold the touch sensor on both earbuds for 5 seconds.

Music Playback

  • Play/Pause: Tap the touch sensor on either earbud once.
  • Next Track: Double-tap the touch sensor on the right earbud.
  • Previous Track: Double-tap the touch sensor on the left earbud.
  • Volume Up: Triple-tap the touch sensor on the right earbud.
  • Volume Down: Triple-tap the touch sensor on the left earbud.

Call Management

  • Answer/End Call: Tap the touch sensor on either earbud once.
  • Reject Call: Press and hold the touch sensor on either earbud for 2 seconds.

Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) & Ambient Sound Mode

These earbuds offer Active Noise Cancellation for immersive sound and Ambient Sound Mode for environmental awareness.

  • Switch Modes: Tap the touch sensor on the left earbud once to cycle between ANC, Ambient Sound, and Off modes.

Sound Modes & Low Latency Mode

The earbuds feature 3 sound modes (Bass, Flat, Clear) and a Low Latency Mode for enhanced audio experiences.

  • Change Sound Mode: Use the JVC Headphone App to select your preferred sound profile.
  • Activate Low Latency Mode: This mode can be activated via the JVC Headphone App for improved audio-visual synchronization during gaming or video playback.

Maintenance

Cleaning

Regular cleaning helps maintain sound quality and hygiene.

  • Wipe the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Remove eartips and clean them with mild soap and water. Ensure they are completely dry before reattaching.
  • Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

Storage

When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them and keep them charged.
