To send an alert, simply press the large red SOS button on any of the call buttons. The button will illuminate briefly, and a signal will be sent to the portable pager receiver.
2. Receiving Alerts
The portable pager receiver will alert the caregiver in two ways:
- Vibration: The receiver will vibrate strongly.
- Audible Alert: The receiver will emit an audible tone. The digital display will show the number of the call button that sent the alert.
3. Adjusting Volume and Alert Tones
The receiver offers 5 adjustable volume levels (0-120dB) and 2 alert sound options (Ding Dong, Alarm). Use the "Volume Control" button on the receiver to cycle through volume levels and alert types.

Troubleshooting
- No Signal: Ensure both receiver and call button have fresh batteries and are powered on. Check if they are within the 500ft wireless range. Re-pair the devices if necessary (refer to "Setup Instructions").
- Weak Signal: Obstacles like thick walls or metal structures can reduce range. Try repositioning the receiver or call button.
- Receiver Not Responding: Check battery levels. Ensure the receiver is not in silent mode if an audible alert is desired.
- Call Button Not Activating: Ensure the button is pressed firmly. Check the call button's battery.
