3. Setup Guide
3.1 Initial Preparation
- Remove all protective films from the robot vacuum cleaner, especially from the infrared lens.
- Install the side brushes by pressing them firmly into their designated slots on the underside of the robot.
- Open the silicone plug on the water tank, fill it with clean water, and securely close the plug.
- Attach the mop cloth to the mop holder and slide the assembly horizontally into the robot vacuum cleaner until it clicks into place.
3.2 Charging Station Placement
Place the charging station against a wall on a flat surface. Ensure there are no objects within 0.5 meters (1.6 feet) on either side of the station and 1.5 meters (4.9 feet) in front of it to allow the robot to dock properly.

3.3 Power Connection
- Connect the power adapter to the charging station.
- Plug the adapter into a power outlet and turn on the power. The indicator light on the charging station will illuminate, confirming proper power connection.
- Place the robot vacuum cleaner onto the charging station. The power indicator light on the robot will flash, indicating it is aligned and charging.
3.4 App Connection
- Download the 'Lefant' app from your app store.
- Ensure your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. (5G Wi-Fi is not supported for initial pairing).
- Open the app and click 'Add Device'. Select the M2 Plus model.
- Follow the in-app instructions to power on the robot (press and hold the power button for 3 seconds until the light turns on and you hear a voice prompt).
- Activate network configuration mode on the robot (press and hold the power button for 6 seconds until you hear a voice prompt and the light flashes).
- Enter your Wi-Fi password in the app and confirm it is correct.
- Wait for the app to detect and pair with the robot.

3.5 Connecting to Alexa
- Open the third-party app 'Lefant APP Mine-Voice' to access the service.
- Register your voice account and password.
- Open the Alexa app, go to 'Skills & Games'.
- Search for 'Smart Life'.
- Click 'Enable to Use'.
- Select your region and enter the voice account and password from step 2.
- Wait for the connection to succeed.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Starting a Cleaning Cycle
Press the power button on the robot once to start a cleaning cycle. The robot will automatically begin cleaning based on its current map or create a new one if it's the first run.
4.2 Smart Mapping and Navigation
The M2 Plus uses dToF LiDAR navigation to create precise maps of your home, even in the dark. It can store up to 3 different maps, making it ideal for multi-story homes. Through the app, you can define specific cleaning areas, set no-go zones, and schedule cleaning routines.

4.3 Obstacle Avoidance

4.5 Voice Control

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning the Robot
- Wipe the infrared lens and radar with a dry cloth.
- Clean the charging plates on the robot with a dry cloth.
- Remove the side brush by pulling it upwards. Clean the brush and replace it if worn.
- If the mop was used, press the buttons on both sides of the mop support to detach it. The mop cloth and support can be rinsed with water.
- Press the latch to remove the roller brush frame, then remove the roller brush. Clean the roller brush with the provided cleaning tool and rinse it with water. The frame can also be rinsed.
- Clean the anti-drop sensors, side wheel, and the groove of the roller brush with a dry cloth or mop.
- Press the button to remove the dustbin component. Clean the dustbin thoroughly.
- Remove the pre-filter, sponge, and filter cartridge from the dustbin. The sponge and filter cartridge cannot be washed with water; clean them with a brush and tap to remove debris. Replace the filter cartridge as needed. The pre-filter can be rinsed with water.
- Open the rubber stopper on the dustbin and pour out any remaining water. The dustbin can be washed with water.
- After air-drying all washed components, reinstall them in reverse order.
5.2 Cleaning the Charging Station
- Disconnect the power from the charging station.
- The base station cannot be washed with water. Clean the infrared lens, charging plates, and dust collection opening with a dry cloth or mop.
- Open the top cover, lift the old dust bag, and dispose of it.
- Clean the dust bag compartment and the dust collection opening with a dry cloth.
- Insert a new dust bag, aligning it with the groove, and close the top cover.
- Reconnect the power adapter to the station and power on.
6. Troubleshooting
