Troubleshooting
- No Audio/Microphone:
- Ensure the headset is powered on and correctly paired (2.4GHz dongle or Bluetooth).
- Check volume levels on both the headset and your device.
- Verify the microphone is not muted (flip-to-mute function).
- For 2.4GHz connection, ensure the USB dongle is fully inserted into the device's USB port.
- For wired connection, ensure the 3.5mm cable is securely plugged into both the headset and the device.
- Connection Issues:
- If using 2.4GHz, try unplugging and re-plugging the USB dongle.
- If using Bluetooth, unpair the headset from your device and re-pair it.
- Ensure the headset is within the effective range of your device (10 meters for Bluetooth).
- Xbox Compatibility:
- Note: The BINNUNE BW01 headset is NOT wirelessly compatible with Xbox consoles. For Xbox, you must use the 3.5mm audio cable connected to the Xbox controller.
- Bluetooth Audio for Apps (Mobile):
- Some users have reported that Bluetooth audio for apps like YouTube or Discord may not function as expected, primarily supporting phone calls. This is a limitation of the Bluetooth profile used.
