3. Setup
Follow these steps for initial setup before first use:

4.1. Making Espresso, Cappuccino, or Latte

- Add Coffee Grounds: Select the appropriate filter (single or double shot, or ESE pod filter) and add your desired amount of ground coffee. Tamp evenly.

5. Maintenance

5.1. Cleaning the Milk Reservoir
It is recommended to clean the milk reservoir after every brewing session.
- With Milk in Reservoir (Cleaning Instructions A):
- Ensure there is water in the main water tank (do not exceed the max line).
- Make sure the milk reservoir is installed properly; if not, the cappuccino and latte lights won't be lit.
- Place an empty cup on the drip tray.
- Turn the lever of the milk dispensing tube so that the tube aims at the cup.
- Turn the milk froth knob to the CLEAN position.
- Touch and hold the Double Cappuccino button for 3 seconds. The unit will start releasing steam to clean the inner part of the dispensing tube.
- After cleaning, you can place the milk reservoir with the remaining milk into the refrigerator (use within 1-2 days).
- Empty/Without Milk in Reservoir (Cleaning Instructions B):
- Turn the milk froth knob to the CLEAN position.
- Touch and hold the Double Cappuccino button for 3 seconds. The unit will start releasing hot water through the milk dispensing tube for cleaning the milk hose.
- Then turn the milk froth knob to the Cappuccino position.
- Disassemble and wash all parts of the milk reservoir by hand only.
- Immerse the filter in boiling water for 10 minutes and then rinse it with clean water to prevent blockages.
