3. Setup and Assembly

The ENGWE Ease2 Pro scooter is 90% pre-assembled. The following steps detail the completion of the assembly process:

3.1. Unboxing and Initial Inspection

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Verify that all parts listed in the packing list are present and undamaged. If any parts are missing or damaged, contact customer support immediately.

3.2. Wheel Installation

Install the rear wheels first. Ensure the rubber ring is removed before installing the nut. For the front wheels, tap the hub a few times to help move the stopper in the center of the front hub before installation. Install the wheel dust covers last.

3.3. Standpipe and Seat Installation

Install and secure the standpipe. Then, install the seat cushion and backrest. Ensure all connections are firm.

3.4. Armrest Installation

Install the armrests on both sides of the seat, securing them with the provided screws.

3.5. Front Basket Installation

Secure the front basket mounting buckle to the standpipe. Then, hang the front basket on the buckle and lock it into place.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1. Control Panel Overview

4.2. Powering On/Off

Insert the key into the keyhole and turn it clockwise to power on the scooter. Turn counter-clockwise to power off.

Use the joystick controller to move the scooter. Push forward for forward motion and pull backward for reverse. The scooter has 6 speed gears; start with a low gear to get accustomed to the speed.

Press the 'I' key on the control panel to turn on the front and rear lights. Press the 'O' key to turn them off. Use the safety horn as needed.
