Setup and Installation

This fixture is designed for hardwired installation. Professional installation is recommended if you are not familiar with electrical wiring.

Installation Steps:

Turn Off Power: Locate the circuit breaker or fuse box and turn off the power to the electrical box where you will be installing the fixture. Verify the power is off using a voltage tester.
Prepare Mounting Surface: Ensure the wall surface is clean and clear. Remove any existing fixture and its mounting hardware.
Attach Mounting Bracket: Secure the mounting bracket to the electrical box using the screws provided. Ensure the bracket is firmly attached and level.
Make Electrical Connections:
- Connect the bare copper ground wire from the fixture to the green or bare copper ground wire from the electrical box using a wire nut.
- Connect the white (neutral) wire from the fixture to the white (neutral) wire from the electrical box using a wire nut.
- Connect the black (live) wire from the fixture to the black (live) wire from the electrical box using a wire nut.
- Wrap electrical tape around each wire nut connection for added security.
Secure Fixture: Carefully tuck all wires into the electrical box. Align the fixture's base with the mounting bracket and secure it with the provided screws.
Install Glass Shades: Gently attach the milk white glass shades to the fixture. Ensure they are seated properly and securely.
Restore Power: Turn the power back on at the circuit breaker or fuse box.

Operating Instructions

Your kudos vanity light features a selectable color temperature function, allowing you to choose between Warm White (3000K), Neutral White (4000K), and Cool White (5000K).

Adjusting Color Temperature:

Ensure the fixture is powered on.
Locate the small slide switch on the side of the fixture's base.
Slide the switch to select your desired color temperature: 3000K, 4000K, or 5000K. The light output will change instantly.
