Important Safety Information
- Ensure the timer is correctly installed and connected to a suitable power source (230V/50Hz).
- Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of 16 A / 3680 W.
- This device is rated IP44 for outdoor use, meaning it is protected against solid objects larger than 1mm and splashing water from any direction. However, do not immerse it in water.
- Keep children away from the device. The integrated child lock provides additional safety.

Setup and Initial Use
- Charge the Timer: Before first use or after long periods of inactivity, plug the timer into a standard power outlet for at least 30 minutes. This charges the internal backup battery.
- Clear All Settings (Optional): To clear all previous settings, press the Reset button using a pointed object (e.g., a pen tip). The display will show "00:00" and all indicators will flash.
- Set Current Time:
- Press and hold the CLOCK button.
- While holding CLOCK, press WEEK to set the current day (MO, TU, WE, TH, FR, SA, SU).
- While holding CLOCK, press HOUR to set the current hour (0-23).
- While holding CLOCK, press MIN to set the current minute (0-59).
- Release the CLOCK button. The time is now set.
- Summer/Winter Time Adjustment:
- Press and hold the CLOCK button.
- While holding CLOCK, press the R button once to advance the time by one hour (Summer Time). The display will show "+1h".
- Press R again to revert to standard time.

Operating Instructions
Programming ON/OFF Times
The timer allows for up to 8 ON/OFF programs. Each program consists of an ON time and an OFF time.
- Press the PROG button once. The display will show "1 ON".
- Press WEEK to select the desired day(s) for this program. You can choose a single day, weekdays, weekends, or various combinations (e.g., MO-FR, SA-SU, MO-SA, MO-SU, etc.).
- Press HOUR to set the desired ON hour.
- Press MIN to set the desired ON minute.
- Press PROG again. The display will show "1 OFF".
- Repeat steps 2-4 to set the desired OFF day(s), hour, and minute for program 1.
- Continue pressing PROG to cycle through programs 2 to 8 (ON and OFF settings for each).
- After setting all desired programs, press the CLOCK button to return to the current time display.
Note: If you do not press any button for 30 seconds during programming, the timer will automatically return to the current time display, saving any changes made up to that point.
Manual Control (ON, AUTO, OFF)
Press the MANUAL button to cycle through the operating modes:
- ON: The timer output is continuously ON, overriding all programs.
- AUTO: The timer operates according to the programmed ON/OFF times.
- OFF: The timer output is continuously OFF, overriding all programs.
For automatic operation, ensure the timer is set to AUTO mode.
Random Function (RND)
The random function is designed to simulate presence by turning connected devices ON and OFF at irregular intervals, typically for security purposes.
- Ensure the timer is in AUTO mode.
- Press the R button once. The "RND" indicator will appear on the display.
- When RND is active, the timer will randomly turn ON and OFF the connected device within a certain time window around your programmed times.
- To deactivate the random function, press the R button again. The "RND" indicator will disappear.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Disconnect the timer from the power outlet before cleaning. Wipe the device with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Storage: If storing the timer for an extended period, ensure the backup battery is charged periodically (e.g., every 3 months) to maintain its functionality. Store in a dry, cool place.
