1. Important Safety Instructions
Please read this entire instruction manual before using your Electactic Portable Oil-Filled Radiator Heater. Failure to follow these instructions may result in fire, electric shock, injury to persons, or property damage. Keep this manual for future reference.
- Always plug heaters directly into a wall outlet/receptacle. Never use with an extension cord or relocatable power tap (outlet/power strip).
- This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces. Use handles when moving this heater.
- Keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains at least 3 feet (0.9 m) from the front of the heater and keep them away from the sides and rear.
- Extreme caution is necessary when any heater is used by or near children or invalids and whenever the heater is left operating and unattended.
- Do not operate any heater with a damaged cord or plug or after the heater malfunctions, has been dropped or damaged in any manner. Discard heater, or return to authorized service facility for examination and/or repair.
- Do not use outdoors.
- To disconnect heater, turn controls to OFF, then remove plug from outlet.
- Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause an electric shock or fire, or damage the heater.
- To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intakes or exhaust in any manner. Do not use on soft surfaces, like a bed, where openings may become blocked.
- A heater has hot and arcing or sparking parts inside. Do not use it in areas where gasoline, paint, or flammable liquids are used or stored.
- Use this heater only as described in this manual. Any other use not recommended by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.
- This heater includes an Overheat Protection System and a Tip-Over Safety Switch that automatically shuts off the unit if it overheats or is accidentally knocked over.
- Ensure the heater is placed on a firm, level surface to prevent accidental tipping.
2. Product Overview

3. Setup
3.1 Unpacking
- Carefully remove the heater from its packaging.
- Remove all packaging materials, including any protective films or labels.
- Inspect the heater for any signs of damage. If damaged, do not operate and contact customer support.
3.2 Placement
- Place the heater on a firm, level surface.
- Ensure there is at least 3 feet (0.9 m) of clear space around the heater from walls, furniture, and other objects.
- Do not place the heater directly below a power outlet.
- This heater is for indoor use only. Do not use it in bathrooms, laundry areas, or similar indoor locations with high humidity.
3.3 Power Connection
- Ensure the heater is in the 'OFF' position before plugging it in.
- Plug the power cord directly into a 120V AC, 60Hz wall outlet. Do not use extension cords or power strips.

4. Operating Instructions
The Electactic Radiator Heater features dual-knob controls for easy temperature and heat setting adjustments.

4.1 Powering On/Off
- To turn the heater ON, rotate the lower knob (Heat Settings) to your desired power level (I, II, or III).
- To turn the heater OFF, rotate the lower knob (Heat Settings) to the 'O' position.
4.2 Adjusting Heat Settings
Select one of the three heat settings using the lower knob:
- I (Low Heating): Approximately 600W for minimal warmth or smaller spaces.
- II (Medium Heating): Approximately 900W for moderate warmth.
- III (High Heating): Approximately 1500W for maximum warmth or larger spaces.

4.3 Setting the Thermostat
The upper knob controls the adjustable thermostat, allowing you to set a desired room temperature between 59℉ and 95℉.
- Turn the upper knob clockwise to increase the desired temperature or counter-clockwise to decrease it.
- The heater will cycle on and off to maintain the set temperature.
- For continuous heating, set the thermostat to its maximum position.

5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning
- Always unplug the heater from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Wipe the exterior surfaces of the heater with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Do not immerse the heater in water or allow water to drip into the interior of the heater.
- Clean the air intake and exhaust vents regularly with a vacuum cleaner or a soft brush to remove dust and lint.
5.2 Storage
- When not in use, store the heater in a cool, dry place.
- Utilize the built-in cord storage to neatly wrap the power cord, preventing tangles and damage.
- It is recommended to store the heater in its original packaging to protect it from dust and damage.
6. Troubleshooting
If your heater is not operating correctly, please refer to the following common issues and solutions:
