• Frame Assembly: Begin by assembling the main frame components. Pay close attention to the orientation of each piece.
• Bolt Alignment: When inserting bolts, ensure they are perfectly aligned with the holes to prevent cross-threading. If a bolt does not go in smoothly, gently tap the frame to adjust alignment rather than forcing the bolt. Some bolts may require slight pressure to engage the threads.
• Stability Features: The frame incorporates triangle iron bars at the back and heavy-duty triangular brackets on all four lower corners for enhanced stability. Ensure these are correctly installed.
• Guardrails and Ladder: Attach the 16.5-inch high full-length guardrails and the ladder securely as per the instructions.
