Setup Instructions

  1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging. Ensure you have the fountain base, water tank (if applicable), pump, filter, filter tray, and spout.
  2. Rinse Components: Wash all parts (except the pump and adapter) with clean water. For the WF210plus, the stainless steel bowl and lid are dishwasher safe.
  3. Install Filter: Place the filter into the designated filter tray. Ensure it is securely seated.
  4. Assemble Pump: Attach the pump to the bottom of the filter tray. For the WF050TP, the pump connects to the spout. Ensure the pump cable is routed through the designated groove to prevent pinching.
  5. Place Filter Tray: Insert the assembled filter tray and pump into the fountain base.
  6. Fill with Water: Fill the fountain with water up to the MAX line indicated on the side. Use softened or filtered water for best results and to prolong filter life.
  7. Attach Spout (Optional for WF050TP): If desired, attach the faucet-style spout to the pump outlet. The WF210plus has a built-in spout.
  8. Connect Power: Plug the USB cable into the pump and then into a compatible USB power adapter (WF050TP does NOT come with an adapter). Plug the adapter into a wall outlet.
