4. Setup and Charging

4.1 Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge the massager. The device uses a Type-C charging port located on the control panel.

• Connect the provided Type-C USB cable to the charging port on the control panel.
• Plug the other end of the USB cable into a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port.
• The display will indicate charging status. A full charge typically takes a few hours.
• The device cannot be operated while charging.

4.2 Wearing the Massager

The massager is designed for versatile use on both ankles and arches. It features adjustable Velcro straps for a customized fit.

• Unfold the massager wrap.
• Position the device on your ankle or arch, ensuring the control panel is easily accessible.
• Secure the wrap using the Velcro straps, adjusting for a snug yet comfortable fit. Ensure it is not too tight to restrict circulation.

5. Operating Instructions

The control panel features an LED display and three buttons for easy operation: Power/Lock, Heat, and Vibration.

5.1 Power On/Off

• To turn on: Press and hold the Power/Lock button for 5 seconds. The display will light up.
• To turn off: Press and hold the Power/Lock button for 5 seconds. The display will turn off.

5.2 Adjusting Heat Levels

• Press the Heat button (flame icon) briefly to cycle through 6 adjustable heat levels: 113°F (45°C), 122°F (50°C), 131°F (55°C), 140°F (60°C), 149°F (65°C), and 158°F (70°C).
• The current temperature will be displayed on the LED screen.

5.3 Selecting Vibration Modes

• Press the Vibration button (wave icon) briefly to cycle through 3 massage intensities: Low, Mid, and High.
• The selected intensity will be indicated on the display.

5.4 Setting the Timer

• Press the Timer button (clock icon) briefly to select a session duration: 20, 35, or 45 minutes.
• The device will automatically shut off after the selected time to prevent overuse.

5.5 Lock Screen Mode

• To activate the lock screen: Long press the Power/Lock button briefly after turning on the device. This prevents accidental changes to settings during use.
• To unlock: Long press the Power/Lock button again.

5.6 Switching Temperature Units (°F/°C)

• To switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius, long press the Heat and Vibration buttons simultaneously.

6. Maintenance and Care

6.1 Cleaning

• Ensure the device is turned off and unplugged before cleaning.
• Wipe the fabric surface with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the device in water.
• Allow the device to air dry completely before storing or next use.
