Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your device, consider the following:
- Network Compatibility: This is an international model. While compatible with T-Mobile, Mint, Tello, and Global networks, some users may experience limited network coverage or slower data speeds in areas heavily reliant on specific bands (e.g., T-Mobile's Band 71) not fully supported by international models. Verify compatibility with your carrier using the device's IMEI.
- Performance Issues: If your device is slow, try restarting it. Clear cache from apps or perform a factory reset if problems persist (back up your data first).
- Battery Drain: Check background app usage in Battery settings. Reduce screen brightness or disable features like Always On Display if not needed.
For further assistance, refer to the 'User guide' section in your phone's settings or contact Samsung customer support.
