3. Setup
3.1. Charging the Device
Before initial use, fully charge the fitness tracker. Connect the provided charging cable to the charging port on the device and a standard USB power source. A full charge typically takes approximately 2.5 hours. The device offers up to 7 days of usage and 30 days of standby time on a single charge.

3.2. App Installation and Pairing
To access all features and synchronize data, install the GloryFit application on your smartphone. The app is compatible with iOS 9.0+ and Android devices.
- Download the GloryFit app from your smartphone's app store (App Store for iOS, Google Play Store for Android).
- Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to create an account or log in.
- Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone.
- In the GloryFit app, navigate to the device pairing section and select your QVEQ Fitness Tracker (Band 3) from the list of available devices.
- Confirm the pairing request on both your smartphone and the fitness tracker.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1. Basic Navigation
The device features a 1.47-inch TFT display with touch control. Swipe across the screen to navigate through menus and tap to select options.

4.2. Health Monitoring
The fitness tracker provides continuous health monitoring features:
- Heart Rate Monitoring: Tracks heart rate 24/7. View real-time data on the device or detailed reports in the app.

4.5. Water Resistance
The device has an IP68 waterproof rating, making it suitable for swimming, showering, and daily activities involving water exposure. It is resistant to sweat and rain.
5. Maintenance
5.1. Cleaning
Regularly clean your fitness tracker to maintain hygiene and functionality. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the screen and strap. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
5.2. Battery Care

- Unable to pair with smartphone:
