Thank you for choosing the Tiny Land Battery Operated Action Locomotive Train. This manual provides essential information for the safe and proper use of your new toy. Please read it thoroughly before use and retain it for future reference.
Safety Information
- Age Recommendation: Not suitable for children under 3 years of age.
- Battery Safety:
- Requires 2 AA batteries (not included).
- Batteries are to be inserted with the correct polarity (+ and -).
- Exhausted batteries are to be removed from the toy.
- The supply terminals are not to be short-circuited.
- Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged.
- Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision.
- Rechargeable batteries are to be removed from the toy before being charged.
- Do not mix old and new batteries.
- Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium) batteries.
- Material Safety: Made with premium, natural, BPA-free, safe, and odor-free materials.

Setup
Battery Installation
The locomotive requires 2 AA batteries (not included) for operation. Follow these steps to install the batteries:
- Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the locomotive.
- Using a small screwdriver (not included), open the battery compartment cover.
- Insert 2 AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+ and -) as indicated inside the compartment.
- Replace the battery compartment cover and secure it with the screw.

Connecting Train Cars
The locomotive and passenger car feature magnetic connectors for easy attachment. Simply bring the magnetic ends of the cars together to connect them. They are compatible with other major brand wooden train tracks and accessories.

Operating Instructions
Basic Controls
The train is designed for easy operation with three intuitive buttons located on top of the locomotive:
- Forward Button: Press to make the train move forward.
- Stop Button: Press to halt the train's movement.
- Reverse Button: Press to make the train move backward.
The train also features an auto-sleep mode, stopping automatically after 30 minutes of inactivity to conserve battery life.

Sound and Light Effects
The locomotive is equipped with realistic sound effects and bright front and rear lights to enhance playtime:
- Train Whistle: Activated by pressing the forward button.
- Bell Ringing: Activated when switching to reverse mode.
- Running Sounds: Continuous realistic running sounds play every 40 seconds, each lasting 6 seconds.
- Light Effect: Running lights automatically engage when the train is in motion.

Track Compatibility
The Tiny Land locomotive is designed to be compatible with all popular wooden train tracks. Its powerful magnetic force allows it to effortlessly lead long trains over slopes and through valleys, providing versatile play options.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the train and accessories with a damp cloth. Do not immerse in water.
- Storage: Store the toy in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use.
- Battery Care: Remove batteries if the toy will not be used for an extended period to prevent leakage.
Troubleshooting
- Train not moving:
- Check if batteries are installed correctly with proper polarity.
- Replace with fresh batteries if current ones are low or depleted.
- Ensure the train is placed correctly on the track.
- Sound/Lights not working:
- Verify battery installation and charge level.
- Ensure buttons are pressed firmly.
- Train struggles on inclines:
- Ensure fresh batteries are used for optimal power.
- Reduce the number of attached cars if the incline is steep.
