- Carrying Case
- 51mm Bottomless Portafilter

- Dosing Funnel
- Tamper
- WDT Tool
- Foldable Holder (Aluminum Alloy Stand)
- USB-C Charging Cable
- Cleaning Brush
- Instruction Manual

Setup
- Charging the Battery: The device is shipped with a half-charged battery. Fully charge the device via the USB-C port before first use. The battery is detachable for convenience.
- Assembling the Portafilter: Insert the stainless steel filter basket into the 51mm bottomless portafilter. Ensure it is seated correctly.
- Setting up the Foldable Holder: Unfold the aluminum alloy stand and place it on a stable, flat surface. This stand provides a stable base for the espresso maker during extraction.

Operating Instructions
- Prepare Coffee Grounds: Grind fresh coffee beans to a fine espresso consistency. For the non-pressurized basket, a consistent fine grind is crucial. Aim for 16-18 grams of coffee. Use the dosing funnel to minimize mess.
- Distribute and Tamp: Use the WDT tool to evenly distribute the coffee grounds in the filter basket, breaking up any clumps. Then, use the tamper to apply firm, even pressure to create a level coffee puck.
- Attach Portafilter: Securely screw the filled portafilter onto the bottom of the espresso maker.
- Fill Water Tank: Open the top lid and fill the water tank with water. You can use cold water (the machine will heat it) or pre-heated hot water (to save battery life and speed up brewing). Do not exceed the 100ml MAX line. Close the lid securely.
- Place on Stand: Position the espresso maker on the foldable holder with your espresso cup underneath the portafilter.
- Start Brewing:
- Heating & Brew (from cold water): Double-click the 'Heat & Brew' button (wavy lines icon). The machine will heat the water to the set temperature (default 90°C, adjustable 85-95°C) and then automatically begin extraction.
- Direct Brew (with hot water): Double-click the 'Direct Brew' button (snowflake icon). The machine will immediately begin extraction without heating.
- Observe Extraction: Watch the espresso flow from the bottomless portafilter. A steady, syrupy stream indicates a good extraction. Adjust your grind size for future brews if the flow is too fast (finer grind) or too slow/choked (coarser grind).
- Enjoy: Once extraction is complete, remove your cup and enjoy your fresh espresso.

Maintenance & Cleaning
- Automatic Cleaning: After each use, add clean water to the tank and run the machine without coffee grounds (using the Direct Brew function) to flush out any residue.
- Disassemble and Rinse: The portafilter, filter basket, and coffee cup can be easily disassembled. Rinse all removable parts with clean water.
- Wipe Down: Wipe the exterior of the machine with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the main unit in water.
- Storage: Ensure all parts are dry before reassembling and storing the device in its carrying case.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Weak espresso, fast flow, channeling | Coffee grind too coarse or inconsistent; insufficient tamping. | Use a finer grind setting. Ensure even distribution and firm tamping. Use fresh beans. |
| Espresso chokes, very slow or no flow | Coffee grind too fine; overdosing (too much coffee); over-tamping. | Use a coarser grind setting. Reduce coffee dose (16-18g recommended). Tamp with moderate pressure. |
| Machine not heating water or low battery life | Battery charge is low; water tank not filled to minimum level. | Fully charge the battery. Ensure water tank has at least 50ml of water. Consider using pre-heated hot water to conserve battery. |
| Difficulty screwing on portafilter | Misaligned threads; coffee grounds on threads. | Ensure threads are clean and align carefully before screwing. Do not force. |
