5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning

To maintain optimal performance and hygiene, regularly clean your mouse. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the surface. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth with mild soap can be used, ensuring no liquid enters the mouse. The A9 SE model does not feature the Ice-Feel coating found on other A9 series models.

5.2 Battery Care

To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the mouse frequently. Store the mouse in a cool, dry place when not in use for extended periods.

6. Troubleshooting

6.1 Connectivity Issues

  • Wireless (NearLink/Bluetooth): Ensure the dongle is securely plugged in (for NearLink) or Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the mouse is in pairing mode. Try restarting both the mouse and your computer.
  • Wired: Check the USB-C cable connection at both ends. Try a different USB port.

6.2 Tracking Problems

  • Clean the mouse sensor with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Ensure you are using the mouse on a suitable surface (e.g., a mouse pad).
  • Check DPI settings in the ATK HUB software or via the mouse's DPI button.

6.3 Battery Not Charging

  • Verify the USB-C cable is properly connected.
  • Try a different USB port or charging adapter.
  • Ensure the cable is not damaged.
