2. Setup
The ARRMA 1/10 Quake 223S is a Ready-to-Run (RTR) vehicle, meaning most assembly is complete. However, a battery and charger are not included and must be acquired separately.
2.1 Required Items (Not Included)
- IC5® compatible 2S (7.4V) or 3S (11.1V) LiPo battery.
- Compatible LiPo battery charger.

2.2 Battery Tray Dimensions
Ensure your chosen battery fits within the maximum dimensions of the battery tray:

- Width: 50mm (1.97 inches)
- Height: 35mm (1.38 inches)

The bottom-loading battery tray allows for quick and clipless battery swaps.

3. Operating Instructions
Follow these steps to operate your ARRMA Quake 223S:
- Charge the included battery using the provided charger. (Note: Battery and charger are not included with the truck and must be purchased separately.)
- Install the charged battery in the truck's bottom-loading battery tray.
- Turn on the transmitter (remote control) first, then turn on the truck.
- Use the transmitter to control the truck. The truck is 2S or 3S ready, allowing for various speed and power levels.
- Utilize the throttle limiting and Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) features on the transmitter to manage speed and maintain control, especially for new users or in challenging conditions.
- After use, turn off the truck, then the transmitter. Remove the battery from the truck and store it properly according to battery safety guidelines.
