Setup: Charging the Jump Starter
Before first use, fully charge the NACKEO N20. It is recommended to recharge the device every 3-6 months to maintain battery health, even if not in use.
- Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the USB-C input port on the jump starter.
- Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to a USB wall adapter (not included) or a powered USB port.
- The indicator lights on the jump starter will illuminate to show the charging progress. All lights will be solid when fully charged.

The NACKEO N20 supports fast charging via its USB-C input and can also function as a portable power bank to charge various devices.
Operating Instructions: Jump Starting a Vehicle
Follow these steps carefully to jump start your vehicle:
- Prepare the Jump Starter: Ensure the jump starter is sufficiently charged. Turn off your vehicle's ignition and all accessories (lights, radio, etc.).
- Connect Smart Clamp: Insert the smart clamp cable into the jump start port on the NACKEO N20. The red and green lights on the smart clamp will flash alternately.
- Connect to Vehicle Battery:
- Connect the RED clamp to the vehicle's positive (+) battery terminal.
- Connect the BLACK clamp to the vehicle's negative (-) battery terminal.
- Start the Vehicle: Within 90 seconds of a successful connection (solid green light), start your vehicle's engine. If it doesn't start immediately, wait 5 seconds before trying again. Do not attempt more than 3 consecutive starts.
- Disconnect Clamps: Once the vehicle starts, immediately disconnect the smart clamp from the jump starter, then remove the black clamp from the vehicle battery, followed by the red clamp.
