2. Important Safety Instructions

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:

4. Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials and accessories from the box.
  2. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wipe the main unit with a damp cloth. Wash all removable accessories (bake/crumb tray, crisper trays, frying basket, rotating basket, rotisserie parts) with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
  3. Placement: Place the appliance on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is at least 10 cm of clear space on all sides and above the appliance for proper air circulation. Do not place it near flammable materials or under cabinets.
  4. Power Connection: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a grounded electrical outlet.
  5. First Use Burn-Off: It is recommended to run the air fryer oven empty for about 10-15 minutes at 180°C (350°F) before cooking food. This helps to burn off any manufacturing residues and odors. A slight odor or smoke may be present during this process; this is normal. Ensure the area is well-ventilated.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Control Panel

  • Power Button: Turns the appliance on/off.
  • Temperature Control: Adjusts cooking temperature (up to 200°C).
  • Time Control: Sets cooking time (up to 90 minutes).
  • Preset Menu Icons: Select from 8 pre-programmed cooking functions.
  • Rotisserie Button: Activates the rotisserie function.

5.2 Using Preset Functions

The appliance comes with 8 smart preset modes for common dishes.

  1. Place food inside the oven using appropriate accessories (e.g., crisper tray for fries).
  2. Press the Power button to turn on the display.
  3. Select the desired preset icon (e.g., Fries, Pizza, Fish). The display will show the default temperature and time for that preset.
  4. You can adjust the temperature and time manually using the respective control buttons if needed.
  5. Press the Start/Pause button (usually the Power button again or a dedicated start button) to begin cooking.

  • French Fries: 200°C / 25 min
  • Pizza: 170°C / 10 min
  • Steak: 180°C / 17 min
  • Fish: 180°C / 23 min
  • Cake: 160°C / 30 min
  • Drum Stick: 200°C / 25 min
  • Shrimp: 170°C / 15 min
  • Dehydrate: 60°C / 6 hr

5.3 Manual Operation

  1. Place food inside the oven.
  2. Press the Power button.
  3. Use the Temperature control buttons to set the desired temperature (90°C to 200°C).
  4. Use the Time control buttons to set the desired cooking time (up to 90 minutes).
  5. Press the Start/Pause button to begin cooking.

5.4 Rotisserie Function

The rotisserie function is ideal for roasting whole chickens or other large cuts of meat evenly.

  1. Assemble the rotisserie fork set or rotating basket with your food. Ensure the food is securely fastened and balanced.
  2. Insert the rotisserie shaft into the appliance's rotisserie drive socket on the right side and rest the left end on the support.
  3. Close the oven door.
  4. Set the desired temperature and time using manual controls or a relevant preset.
  5. Press the Rotisserie button to activate the rotation.
  6. Press the Start/Pause button to begin cooking.
  7. Once cooking is complete, use the rotisserie handle to safely remove the hot rotisserie assembly from the oven.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your appliance.

  1. Before Cleaning: Always unplug the air fryer oven from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
  2. Main Unit: Wipe the exterior and interior of the main unit with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not immerse the main unit in water or any other liquid.
  3. Accessories: All removable accessories (bake/crumb tray, crisper trays, frying basket, rotating basket, rotisserie parts) are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, wash them with warm, soapy water using a non-abrasive sponge. For stubborn food residues, soak them in warm water for a period before cleaning.
  4. Heating Element: Gently clean the heating element with a soft brush to remove any food particles. Do not use abrasive cleaners or metal scouring pads.
  5. Storage: Ensure all parts are clean and dry before storing the appliance. Store it in a cool, dry place.
