1. Introduction

This manual provides essential information for setting up, operating, and maintaining your BNCF NewBook 11 2-in-1 Laptop. Please read these instructions carefully before using your device to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

3. Device Overview

Familiarize yourself with the physical components and ports of your BNCF NewBook 11.

4. Initial Setup

4.1 Powering On

1. Press and hold the Power button located on the side of the tablet until the screen illuminates.
2. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the initial Windows 11 Pro setup, including language selection, user account creation, and password settings.

4.2 Attaching the Magnetic Keyboard and Kickstand

The BNCF NewBook 11 comes with a magnetic keyboard and a kickstand for versatile use.

• Attaching the Kickstand: Align the kickstand with the back of the tablet. Magnets will secure it in place. The kickstand allows for adjustable viewing angles.
• Attaching the Keyboard: Align the tablet's bottom edge with the Pogo Pin connectors on the keyboard. The magnets will snap the tablet into position, establishing a connection for the keyboard and trackpad.

5. Operating Modes

The BNCF NewBook 11 offers three primary operating modes to suit your needs:

• Laptop Mode: With the magnetic keyboard attached and the kickstand deployed, the device functions as a compact laptop, ideal for typing and productivity tasks.
• Tablet Mode: Detach the keyboard and fold the kickstand for a lightweight tablet experience, perfect for browsing, reading, and touch-based applications.
• Stand Mode: With the kickstand deployed and the keyboard detached or folded back, the tablet can stand upright, suitable for media consumption or presentations.

6. Key Features

6.1 Performance

The NewBook 11 is equipped with an Intel N150 quad-core CPU and Intel UHD Graphics, providing efficient performance for multitasking, HD video playback, and light gaming.

6.2 Memory and Storage

With 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and a 256GB NVMe SSD, the device ensures fast boot-ups, quick file transfers, and smooth operation of multiple applications.

6.3 Display

6.4 Cameras

7. Maintenance

7.1 Cleaning

• Use a soft, lint-free cloth to clean the screen and exterior. Avoid abrasive materials or harsh chemicals.
• For stubborn smudges, lightly dampen the cloth with water or a screen-cleaning solution.

7.2 Battery Care

• Avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Charge the device when the battery level is low.
• Store the device in a cool, dry place when not in use for extended periods.

8. Troubleshooting

8.1 Device Not Powering On

• Ensure the device is charged. Connect the adapter and wait a few minutes before attempting to power on again.
• Press and hold the Power button for 10-15 seconds to perform a hard reset.

8.2 Keyboard or Touchpad Not Responding

• Ensure the keyboard is securely attached to the Pogo Pin connectors. Detach and reattach it.
• Restart the device.

8.3 Wi-Fi or Bluetooth Connectivity Issues

• Check if Wi-Fi or Bluetooth is enabled in Windows settings.
• Restart your router/modem for Wi-Fi issues.
