4. Setup

4.1 Charging the Battery

1. Locate the USB-C charging port on the sprayer handle (refer to Figure 2).
2. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the port.
3. Plug the other end of the USB-C cable into a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a USB port.
4. The LED indicator will show the charging status. Ensure the battery is fully charged before first use for optimal performance.

4.2 Assembly

1. Attach Shoulder Straps: Securely attach the two wide shoulder straps to the designated points on the sprayer tank. Adjust them for a comfortable fit when worn as a backpack.
2. Connect Hose: Connect the 1.5-meter hose to the sprayer tank outlet and the sprayer handle inlet. Ensure connections are tight to prevent leaks.
3. Attach Spray Lance: Choose either the short or long spray lance and securely attach it to the end of the sprayer handle (refer to Figure 3).
4. Attach Nozzle: Screw the adjustable nozzle onto the end of the chosen spray lance.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Filling the Tank

1. Ensure the sprayer is turned off and the area is clear.
2. Unscrew the tank cap.
3. Carefully pour the desired liquid (water, fertilizer, weed killer, etc.) into the 10-liter tank. Do not overfill beyond the maximum fill line.
4. Observe the fill level indicator on the side of the tank.
5. Securely screw the tank cap back on to prevent leaks.

5.2 Spraying

1. Wear appropriate PPE as per the chemical manufacturer's instructions.
2. Turn on the sprayer using the power switch, usually located on the handle. The LED indicator may illuminate.
3. Adjusting the Nozzle: Rotate the adjustable nozzle at the end of the lance to change the spray pattern from a fine mist to a powerful jet stream, depending on your application needs.
4. Initiate Spraying: Press the trigger on the sprayer handle to begin spraying. The electric pump will provide a continuous and even spray.
5. Stop Spraying: Release the trigger to stop the spray.
6. After use, turn off the sprayer.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning

1. After each use, especially when spraying chemicals, thoroughly clean the sprayer.
2. Empty any remaining liquid from the tank.
3. Fill the tank with clean water and spray it through the lance and nozzle until the tank is empty. Repeat this process several times to flush out all residues.
4. Clean the exterior of the sprayer with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the electrical components in water.
5. Remove and clean the nozzle and lance separately if they become clogged.

6.2 Storage

• Ensure the sprayer is clean and dry before storage.
• Store the sprayer in a cool, dry, and frost-free location, away from direct sunlight.
• Keep the sprayer out of reach of children and unauthorized persons.
• For long-term storage, ensure the battery is partially charged (around 50%) to prolong its lifespan. Recharge every few months if not in use.
