3. Safety Information
WARNING:
- Do not use this battery as a car battery, starter battery, or golf cart battery. This battery is designed for deep cycle applications only.
- Upon arrival, it is essential to charge the battery with a dedicated lithium iron phosphate charger with 0V capability in order for it to function properly.
- Always ensure correct polarity when connecting the battery to avoid damage to the battery or connected devices.
- Do not short-circuit the battery terminals.
- Do not disassemble, puncture, or modify the battery.
- Keep the battery away from fire, heat sources, and direct sunlight.
- Store the battery in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves and eye protection when handling batteries.
4. Setup
Initial Charging:
Before first use, the battery must be fully charged with a dedicated LiFePO4 charger that has 0V activation capability. Connect the charger to the battery terminals, ensuring correct polarity (positive to positive, negative to negative), then plug the charger into an AC power source.
Battery Installation:
The Redodo 12V 100Ah LiFePO4 battery is a Group 24 size, designed for easy drop-in replacement in various applications. Ensure the installation location is secure, well-ventilated, and protected from extreme temperatures and moisture.

Connecting Multiple Batteries (Optional):
The battery supports up to 4P4S configurations for increased capacity and voltage. When connecting multiple batteries, ensure all batteries are of the same type, capacity, and State of Charge (SOC) before connecting them in series or parallel. Use appropriate cabling and fusing for your system design.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Battery Operation:
Once installed and charged, the battery is ready for use. It is suitable for various deep cycle applications such as RVs, marine vessels, solar energy storage, and off-grid systems. The integrated BMS protects the battery from common issues like overcharge, over-discharge, and short circuits.
5.2 Charger Operation:
The Redodo 12V/16V 10A charger is designed for optimal charging of your LiFePO4 battery.
- Voltage Selection: Use the button on the charger to switch between 12V and 16V charging modes, depending on your battery's requirements.
- LED Indicators: The charger features LED indicators to display its status:
- Charging: Always on Red
- Fully Charged: Always on Green
- Standby: Green Slow Flash
- Stopped Manually: Red-green Slow Flash
- In Set or Protection Mode: Red-green Rapid Flash

5.3 Bluetooth App Monitoring:
Download the Redodo Bluetooth app on your smartphone (available on Google Play and Apple App Store) to monitor your battery's status in real-time.
- Real-time Data: View remaining usage time, State of Charge (SOC), voltage, current, and power.
- Remote Control: The app allows remote control of discharge/cutoff functions within a 10-meter range.

6. Maintenance
- Regular Inspection: Periodically check battery terminals for corrosion or loose connections. Clean terminals with a wire brush if necessary.
- Charging: Always use a compatible LiFePO4 charger. Avoid overcharging or undercharging the battery.
- Storage: If storing the battery for an extended period, ensure it is charged to approximately 50% State of Charge (SOC) and stored in a cool, dry place. Recharge every 3-6 months to prevent deep discharge.
