3. Setup

3.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the espresso machine. A full charge takes approximately 120 minutes (2 hours). Use the provided USB-C cable and a fast wall charger for optimal charging performance.

3.2 First Use Preparation

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 General Operation

The machine features a simple one-touch button control:

• Double-click: To extract espresso using pre-heated hot water (no heating required by the machine).
• 2-second hold: To heat cold water and then extract espresso.

4.2 Using with Nespresso Capsules

1. Ensure the machine is fully charged.
2. Insert a Nespresso capsule into the capsule adapter.
3. Position the adapter with the capsule into the portafilter.
4. Screw the portafilter back onto the coffee maker tightly.
5. Add hot or cold water to the water tank (up to 80ml capacity).
6. Place the detachable coffee cup below the dispenser.
7. Press the button according to your desired water temperature (double-click for hot water, 2-second hold for cold water heating).

4.3 Using with Ground Coffee

1. Ensure the machine is fully charged.
2. Add up to 8 grams of ground coffee into the coffee basket.
3. Position the coffee basket into the portafilter.
4. Screw the portafilter back onto the coffee maker tightly.
5. Add hot or cold water to the water tank (up to 80ml capacity).
6. Place the detachable coffee cup below the dispenser.
7. Press the button according to your desired water temperature (double-click for hot water, 2-second hold for cold water heating).

4.4 Water Temperature and Extraction Times

• Extraction without heating (using hot water): Approximately 45 seconds.
• Heating 50 ml of normal temperature water: Approximately 3-4 minutes.
• Heating 80 ml of normal temperature water: Approximately 6-7 minutes.
• Cold water heats to 198°F (92°C) for optimal extraction.
