This manual provides detailed instructions for setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.

Upon unboxing your GOBOULT FCharge earphones, please ensure all the following items are present:

Setup Instructions

1. Charging the Earphones

Before first use, fully charge your earphones. Use the provided Type-C charging cable to connect the earphones to a compatible USB power source. The LED indicator will show charging status.

• A full charge takes approximately 40 minutes.
• For quick power, 10 minutes of charging provides up to 15 hours of playback time.

2. Powering On/Off

• To Power On: Press and hold the power button (usually the multi-function button) for a few seconds until the LED indicator lights up and you hear a power-on prompt.
• To Power Off: Press and hold the power button for a few seconds until the LED indicator turns off and you hear a power-off prompt.

3. Bluetooth Pairing

1. Ensure the earphones are powered off.
2. Press and hold the power button for approximately 5-7 seconds until the LED indicator flashes red and blue alternately, indicating pairing mode.
3. On your device (smartphone, laptop, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
4. Select "GOBOULT FCharge" from the list of found devices.
5. Once connected, the LED indicator will flash blue slowly, and you will hear a confirmation sound.

4. Dual Device Connectivity

The GOBOULT FCharge supports connecting to two devices simultaneously. This allows seamless switching between audio sources without re-pairing.

1. Pair the earphones with the first device as described above.
2. Disable Bluetooth on the first device. The earphones will re-enter pairing mode.
3. Pair the earphones with the second device.
4. Re-enable Bluetooth on the first device. The earphones should automatically connect to both devices.
5. To switch between devices, simply play audio on the desired device. The earphones will automatically switch to the active audio source.

Operating Instructions

1. Inline Controls

The neckband features convenient inline control buttons for managing your audio and calls.

• Power/Multi-function Button:
  • Press and hold: Power On/Off, Enter Pairing Mode.
  • Single press: Play/Pause music, Answer/End call.
  • Double press: Redial last number.
• Volume Up (+) Button:
  • Single press: Increase volume.
  • Press and hold: Next track.
• Volume Down (-) Button:
  • Single press: Decrease volume.
  • Press and hold: Previous track.

2. Voice Assistant Activation

Activate your device's voice assistant (Google Assistant or Siri) directly from the earphones.

• Press the power button for 2 seconds to activate Google Assistant or Siri.

3. Zen ENC Microphone

The integrated Zen Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC) microphone enhances call clarity by filtering out ambient noise, ensuring your voice is heard clearly during calls.

4. Wearing the Earphones

Place the neckband comfortably around your neck. Insert the earbuds into your ears, ensuring a snug fit for optimal sound quality and noise isolation. Experiment with the extra eartips provided to find the best fit for your ears.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning

• Gently wipe the earphones and neckband with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
• For earbuds, remove them and clean with a slightly damp cloth, then dry thoroughly before reattaching.
• Do not use harsh chemicals, cleaning solvents, or strong detergents.

2. Water Resistance (IPX5)

The GOBOULT FCharge earphones are IPX5 water-resistant, meaning they can withstand splashes and sweat. They are not designed for submersion in water.

• Avoid exposing the charging port to moisture. Ensure it is dry before charging.
• Do not use the earphones while swimming or showering.
• If exposed to sweat or rain, wipe them dry before storing or charging.

3. Storage

Warranty Information

The GOBOULT FCharge Bluetooth Earphones come with a 1 Year Manufacturer's Warranty from the date of purchase. Please retain your purchase receipt and the warranty card for any warranty claims.
