Setup
1. Charging the Earbuds and Case
Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and charging case. Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and a power source. The LED display on the case will show the charging progress.
2. Pairing with Your Device
- Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
- On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth.
- Search for available Bluetooth devices and select "T9" from the list.
- Once connected, you will hear a confirmation tone, and the earbuds will be ready for use.
3. Choosing the Right Eartips
For optimal sound quality and comfort, select the eartips that best fit your ears. The package includes Small (S), Medium (M), and Large (L) sizes. Experiment to find the most secure and comfortable fit.
Operating Instructions
Button Controls
The occiam T9 earbuds feature physical button controls for various functions:
- Play/Pause: Click x1 on either earbud.
- Answer/End Calls: Click x1 on either earbud.
- Activate Voice Assistant: Click x3 on either earbud.
- Previous Track: Click x2 on the Left (L) earbud.
- Next Track: Click x2 on the Right (R) earbud.
- Volume Down: Hold for 2 seconds on the Left (L) earbud.
- Volume Up: Hold for 2 seconds on the Right (R) earbud.
Active Noise Cancelling (ANC)
The earbuds feature Active Noise Cancelling technology to reduce ambient noise. This function is ideal for environments with consistent background noise, such as commutes or offices. The ANC feature helps provide an immersive audio experience.
Sound Quality

Troubleshooting
One-Click Reset
If you experience connection issues or wish to clear previous pairings, perform a one-click reset:
- Place both earbuds back into the charging case.
- Locate the reset button inside the charging case.
- Press and hold the reset button for 5 seconds. This will clear all pairing information, allowing you to connect to a new device.
