Setup and Installation
The amiciSmart protection device is designed for standard DIN-rail mounting. Ensure all power is disconnected before proceeding with installation.
- Mounting: Securely attach the device to a standard 35mm DIN rail within your electrical distribution board.
- Wiring: Connect the incoming live (L) and neutral (N) wires to the 'IN' terminals at the top of the device. Connect the outgoing live (L) and neutral (N) wires to the 'OUT' terminals at the bottom of the device.
- Wire Compatibility: Ensure appropriate wire sizes are used for safe operation:
- 16 mm² for loads up to 63A
- 10 mm² for loads up to 45A
- 6 mm² for loads up to 35A
- Power On: After all connections are secure, restore power to the circuit. The device's LED display will illuminate.

Operating Instructions
The device features an LED display and control buttons for monitoring and adjusting settings.
LED Display
The LED display shows real-time voltage (V) and current (A) readings. Indicator lights next to the display show the status of over-voltage (>V), under-voltage (<V), and over-current (>A) protection, as well as a 'POWER' indicator.

Adjusting Settings
To enter the setup mode and adjust parameters, press and hold the SET button for a few seconds until the display changes. Use the UP and DOWN arrow buttons to navigate through settings and adjust values. Press SET again to confirm and move to the next parameter, or to exit setup mode.
- Over-voltage Protection (OV): Adjustable from 230V to 300V.
- Under-voltage Protection (UV): Adjustable from 80V to 210V.
- Over-current Protection (OC): Adjustable from 1A to 63A.
- Auto Reconnect Time (t-ON): Adjustable from 1 second to 500 seconds.

Protection Response
When an over-voltage, under-voltage, or over-current condition is detected, the device will instantly cut off the power supply within 0.1 seconds to protect connected appliances.

Auto Reconnect Function
Once the voltage and current return to normal operating parameters, the device will automatically reconnect the power supply after the set reconnect time (t-ON) has elapsed.
