1. Safety Information

Please read and understand all instructions before assembly and use of the LIVINGbasics 4-in-1 Baby Playard. Keep this manual for future reference.

• Important Warning: Never leave infant in product with sides down. Always ensure all sides are securely locked in place.
• Bassinet Use: Do not use the bassinet when the infant begins to push up on hands and knees or reaches over 20 lbs (9 kg), whichever comes first.
• Cradle Use: This cradle MUST be securely attached to the playard. It is NEVER to be used alone or on any other surface. Do not use the cradle when the infant begins to push up on hands and knees or has reached the height of 35 inches (890 mm) or weighs more than 20 lbs (9 kg), whichever comes first.
• Changing Table Use: Do not use this changing table for a child who has reached 25 lbs (11 kg).
• Playard Use: The playard should not be used for a child who can climb out or is taller than 90 cm.
• Additional Mattresses: For the safety of your baby, additional mattresses are not allowed on the upper floor.
• Armrest Height: The height from the bottom of the bed to the armrests cannot be less than 23.6 inches.
• Ensure all assembly steps are correctly followed and all locking mechanisms are engaged before placing a child in the playard.

3. Setup Instructions

3.1 Unfolding the Playard

1. Remove the playard from its carrying bag and unfasten the mattress wrap.
2. Stand the playard upright. Lift the side rails one by one until they lock into place. Ensure all four side rails are fully locked.
3. Push down the center base of the playard until it lies flat and is securely in position.
4. Place the mattress pad inside the playard, ensuring it covers the entire base.

3.2 Installing the Bassinet/Changing Table

1. Attach the support bars for the bassinet/changing table to the designated slots on the top rails of the playard.
2. Secure the fabric liner of the bassinet/changing table to the support bars using the provided fasteners (zippers or clips).
3. Ensure the bassinet or changing table is level and firmly attached before use.
